This wonderful hotel is located in the former White Star Line drawing rooms. The windows have been preserved, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere, and there are numerous paintings with photographs of the Titanic and all those involved in its construction. The hotel is clean, and in the rooms you'll find a book about the hotel with numerous photos on the desk. The showers are clean, and the staff is polite.

The hotel was simply stunning. Staying there really was the Rolls Royce of experiences if you have any interest in The Titanic. Staff super helpful and breakfast not to be missed. Photo of the vegan option. A living breathing ICONIC historical building that served as the heart of Harland & Wolff has been saved with much love and care. Location easy enough by public transport or taxi at around Β£15. Simply wonderful....

Went to the Titanic Hotel for our Works Christmas lunch on 12th December. Great location, excellent food and friendly staff. However, organisation was awful. The Prosecco welcome was forgotten about and served with dessert and Lunch was over an hour late. To be fair, we were given several bottles of wine as an apology - so fair enough. Then my colleague and I had a tray of Prosecco spilled over us - again mistakes happen. What was unforgivable however, was that when we adjourned to the bar after lunch, we were given a bill to pay for Β£450.00, for the second instalment of the lunch. I explained this had already been paid, but was told to sort it out with reception. Staff at Reception told us that we had to pay it as their Accounts team were not back in the office until Monday to check. I said no, we would not be paying it as it was already paid. After half an hour wasted of back and forth, we met with the assistant manager Matt, who told us he had previously had a heated exchange with Stephen in our company, about this payment. I advised that we do not have a Stephen in our company. Matt said you are company "xxx", I said no, we are company 'yyy". Matt then apologised and advised we should not have been given that bill, as it was not for us, and that we had indeed paid in full. In all honesty, we will not be going back.

Iβve stayed at the Titanic Hotel Belfast several times for business, as well as on a trip with my wife, and itβs become one of my favourite places to stay in the city. The atmosphere is really something special. The bar β formerly the drawing room β has a fantastic vibe in the evenings, with great cocktails and a relaxed but stylish setting. The food is solid too, consistently good without trying too hard. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable. They can feel a bit dark during the day, but at night that same lighting makes the space feel cosy and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Whether travelling alone or with someone, the hotel strikes a great balance between character, comfort, and a bit of history. Iβm always happy to return.

Beautiful hotel, which is basically a museum. Lots of interesting history and had beautiful architecture. Room was clean, sleek and comfortable. Had a window view of, the titanic museum, which was a gorgeous view, it was all lit up at night. The service of the hotel workers was impeccable, friendly and attentive. Only downside was the breakfast, while it was okay but I felt it could be better. But overall, as a solo female traveler I felt safe, comfortable and left feeling satisfied. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is interested in the history of the Titanic, Shipping docks and the White Starline. Thank you, Hotel Titanic for this amazing experience.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were wonderful, the history, photos and food all fantastic. The best part of our stay was our time spent at the bar. Ros was hands down, the BEST bartender we've ever had the pleasure of chatting with. The drinks, conversations and her sightseeing suggestions made our stay in Belfast one of the best. She made all 11 of us feel very welcomed and always was a delight to chat with.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring all the public rooms, full of beautiful architecture and thoughtful details. We particularly felt cared for by the night manager William who went above and beyond in providing exceptional service for us. He had a take away breakfast ready for us early this morning and we were so grateful for the thoughtfulness. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The history of the building alone is fascinating, and the location is very convenient, right by the Titanic museum and within minutes to the city airport (George Best) and local restaurants.

Fabulous weekend at the Titanic. Felt very welcomed from the start especially by William the concierge. He was just brilliant. A mine of useful information and helped us plan a very full but enjoyable couple of days. Thank you William. Excellent breakfast and bar atmosphere. Room was very comfortable but a pity it was not refreshed on the one full day we were there despite us drawing to the attention of the reception. Also worth bearing in mind it is a little out of the city centre but perfect for exploring the history of the docks and Titanic.

Went here for a lovely afternoon tea. Nice selection of food comprising sandwiches, scones butter, jam cream and fabulous lemon curd!! This was followed by a selection of sweet treats all washed down with some prosecco and selected tea. Staff really friendly and helpful. What a lovely way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Would definitely recommend you try it or buy as a gift for someone else.

Staff warm and welcoming, the decoration is sympathetic to the building and it history. My room was clean comfortable and spacious. A good selection of food and the bar has a wide range of local and standard drinks with attentive staff. A great place to stay and explore the city.
