Exceptional Experience with First-Class Service I recently stayed at the Stormont Hotel and was extremely impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is beautifully presented, immaculately clean, and offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the service. Philip and Thomas deserve special recognition — both were exceptional in their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. Their approach truly elevated the experience and made the stay feel personal and effortless. I would also like to commend all of the front-of-house staff, who consistently provided outstanding service. Every interaction was warm, efficient, and handled with genuine care, which speaks volumes about the standards upheld by the hotel. The Stormont Hotel clearly prides itself on quality and customer service, and it shows in every aspect of the stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

This was not our first stay. The hotel offers ample parking and the greeting is always warm and friendly. The place is quite open but feels cosy due to the lovely fire. The rooms themselves are a good size and the beds are very big and extremely comfortable. The place is clean tidy throughout. The bathroom is modern with copious amounts of hot water. The only thing I could fault is the absence of usb ports and the lack of a modern tv where streaming apps can be logged into or cast to. So bring a charging plug for your gadgets! The buffet style breakfast was delicious showcasing local produce. The poached eggs (available on request) were particularly good and had lovely orange yolks suggestive of being produced by free range chickens. The staff were great throughout and nothing was too much bother. £10/£15 for an uber to Belfast city centre. when you factor in parking charges in Belfast and the ability to take a drink if you wish makes it decent value. There is also a freephone to value cabs. It is very convenient to Dundonald hospital for early outpatient appointments if you live far away.( the reason for our stay) We will be back

Booked the Sunday Carvery as it kept popping up on my socials. It certainly didn't disappoint. You are greeted at the entrance to the ballroom, a gentleman then kindly took us to our table, as this was our first time he explained where each course was located and that someone would be with us shortly to take drink orders. The spread of food was beautifully executed, especially the starters, this was layed out close to the centre of the room with a whole spread of different foods that would suit many taste buds. The mains at the far wall was a spread of Turkey, ham and roast beef. And to the left was soup breads and a children's section. The meats were beautiful and absolutely not dry. I guess my biggest complaint would be that the food was not even close to lukewarm, I understand that to much heat would dry out the food, but I think worth this in mind the gravy should be a lot warmer, this would add heat to the main meal, unfortunately the gravy was barely warm too. This is just an observation and certainly didn't take away from my experience, but it would of been nice to have hot gravy on lukewarm food. The desserts were in a different league altogether, a huge amount to choose from. I highly recommend the pavlova though, never have i ever tasted one so good. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming, very attentive and observing to ensure dirty plates were lifted promptly and drink top ups always available. A lovely experience, one I would certainly pay for again.

We went as a group to the Grand Buffet Carvery for one of our groups birthday. The service was first class, the food was amazing and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal from the oldest of the group down to the children. Staff were friendly and attentive. Drink service was quick. Everything was clean and the vibe of the hotel was cosy and warm. We will definitely return again.

Great location. Across the road from Stormont Estate, great location for walking. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size. Bar is popular but plenty of staff to serve. Beds are very comfortable. Restaurant on site is very good too. City centre is close by, approx 20mins.

This was my first time staying here. All in all, pretty good. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. I thought the shower was ok. Staff were generally friendly. Whilst the hotel is 'out of town', it's easy to get a taxi and the glider stop (bus) is right outside. Stormont Estate (a public park) is across the road and offers nice views over the city and well worth a visit.

The service is good even though slightly under staffed. Recommended. I'm staying here at the moment so this review is bang up to date. Well done team.
