   AVOID! Unacceptable conditions. The bathrooms are un-useable. The host refused to refund us after making condescending remarks. I have no idea how he leaves the place in the state that it is without being embarrassed. It is a health-hazard to stay here. Dog hair and biting fleas everywhere on top of everything.

   It is an old construction which can be maintained in much better condition with improvements in bathrooms, and provision of small kitchen. Attention to lawn will add to beauty with pruning of trees and training of bushes. To me room looked over furnished with old styled furniture. However it has all essential facilities provided at an easily accessible location.

   Not sure where everyone else who left a negative review stayed, as my partner and I had a wonderful stay! For such an affordable price we really felt like the property exceeded our expectations. The room was warm and comfortable and was beautifully decorated. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The glider bus located very close to the property, making it very convenient to access the city centre and train station. There are at least 2 supermarkets within walking distance, and loads of restaurants. I was apprehensive about the shared bathroom situation before arrival but in the end this proved to be no issue as there are 2 large bathrooms with each with bathing facilities in the property. There was also a microwave which meant we were able to heat up readymeals, and there was also a fridge, kettle, and tea and coffee supplies. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

   Honestly some of the reviews for this place are so harsh. Cheap and cheerful hotel, well serviced with the g1 bus stop within 50m both directions. We arrived having booked one room with 3 beds and Robert very kindly split us into two rooms at no extra charge. Allowed us to check in ridiculously early as well giving us an extra full day to check out Belfast. Rooms were fine, clean and tastefully decorated. If you're looking to be waited on hand and foot then this probably isn't the place for you but if you want somewhere nice and cozy to get your head down without the noise and fuss of a city centre than it's perfect. Will be returning.

   As the other reviews are suggesting. This place is filthy! Full of dust and animal hair! We decided to leave after first night but the owner refused to refund us. Stay away!

   The most terrible apartment I have ever seen. Completely run down, most kitchen facilities old and not working, WIFI not working and the host Robert Aps is the most impossible person I ever had to cope with. This apartment also runs under the name: "Isolated Self'contained Studio in leafy Belfast" in booking.com. Avoid if you can!
