Stayed Thursday 13th for one night. Paid £48, amazing value for money. The check in women in the evening was super lovely and same for the early morning check out women on Friday morning at around 7. The beds are always comfy, if you had noisy neighbors then that might of caused some noise but I have no doubt that the staff would always do what they can. For the value it was brilliant but the staff were the highlight without a doubt. We also had dinner and drinks in the restaurant where, Ben Lauren and Rachel looked after us. We wouldn't hesitate to.stay again! Thank you to the lovely staff!

Great location and very friendly staff. We had 2 x 2 night stays last week with 1 night elswhere in middle due to other commitments. Ended up in 3 different rooms across the 4 nights due to poor heating. The thermostats are rubbish and one small convector heater is not suffient. Also gaps in double glazing and open wall vents behind heaters blowing a gale through. Really cold and almost unbearable. The whole place looks tired and in need of updating.

The staff here are genuinely lovely — really friendly and always happy to help. Unfortunately, the hotel and Brewers Fayre are looking very tired and in need of some care. Tiles are coming away from the walls in the rooms, taps are wobbly, and in the restaurant one toilet was out of order while several door locks on the other weren’t working. Plenty of parking, and the food portions were big, but very basic and lacking much flavour. The staff make the stay better, but the place itself really needs some refurbishment. Location is great, right on the marina and easy walking distance to supermarkets and the town centre, and very quiet. Would stay again if I was in the area for work.

Great hotel! Lovely location. Always a comfy stay in a PI! Extra shout out to the team here for returning items to us we had left behind belonging to our baby. Would recommend and will return again in future.

Great location, good price. The thermostat was broken showing 33c while the room was freezing cold. Because of the wrongly function thermostat, the heating didn't work. Good thing the staff was helpful supplying us a portable heater which worked well. We all also enjoyed the breakfast, although the vegetarian sausage and bacon were not tasty. Other food seemed nice.

Great location god welcome on arrival.. had to wait for reception but only for 5 mins. Good car park and pub next door. Time I would suggest to bring room service back daily..

Standard premier inn really, a little frayed around the edges. Waited at reception for ten minutes to check in, poor guy seemed to be running the hotel on his own. Free parking in a nice setting just over from the castle. Don’t bother with the restaurant, it’s pretty terrible.

This hotel is very nice and excellent value. The indoor kids play area is a really good idea for families and the food in the adjoining bar/restaurant was good value and good quality. The woman who managed the bar/restaurant has very good customer service skills and could not do enough for us. Good base for visiting Belfast.
