“Everyone was very understanding and welcoming of my dog - they understand he's very jumpy around new people and in small areas but took time to make sure he received full adequate treatment regardless of this issue. Even when he growled and barked at the vet she remained professional and continued whilst giving him space to calm down - unfortunately my dog is always defensive at the vets due to past happenings at another clinic, but the vet I saw was perfect with him. She understands the needs of the pets”

“Rooms are small, but very comfortable and they had everything we needed. We stayed two nights. There is a free hour of street parking, and free from 5pm to 8am, so we parked on the street after 4pm and left before 9am. The location is wonderful. From the front door you can see Carrickfergus Castle - a block away. Food and service were very good. It's old world charm was especially felt in the cozy lobby and the nautical themed restaurant.”
