“Amazing customer service and food. Simple mistake made with a mixup in the type of nann bread we received but we had a replacement delivered to us free of charge and poppadoms given as an apology. “Always good to go to the glasshouse in Carrickfergus. Food lovely, Jordan the server works so hard very pleasant manner and very attentive. Jordan needs promoted. a pleasure to come to the glasshouse for calmness and spacious surroundings. Thankfully no background music that you have to shout over. Thats why I love coming here.”

“Lovely little bistro a stone's throw from the water. Sophisticated but relaxed ambience with interesting works of art. A good wine list with more than enough options. Lamp rump was likely the best I've ever had - there's a reason they keep getting Taste of Ulster plaques. My companions' duck filet and the homemade tagliatelle with lamb ragu were well received. And dessert was delicious. Service was attentive with a light touch. Worth a visit but advise you make reservations.”

“First time there last week, didn't need to book , the atmosphere was lovely with christmas songs playing. The staff where so helpful. Portion sizes where big and was delicious. I got fish and chips and my hubby got the sirloin steak. Will most definitely be back.”

“Great service. We ordered over the phone and asked them to keep the order ready when we arrive. Pizzas were all super hot and ready when we arrived. Super service. Garlic bread with green chillies is great. Pizzas were yum as well. Chips with curry was great as well. Last but not least, nutella pizza with was perfect icing on the cake. Highly recommended.”

“Rooms are small, but very comfortable and they had everything we needed. We stayed two nights. There is a free hour of street parking, and free from 5pm to 8am, so we parked on the street after 4pm and left before 9am. The location is wonderful. From the front door you can see Carrickfergus Castle - a block away. Food and service were very good. It's old world charm was especially felt in the cozy lobby and the nautical themed restaurant.”

“Took my daughter here for a birthday breakfast and my goodness i'm glad I did. First time trying Springsteens and it will not be the last. The American breakfast is unreal and highly recommended.
