“We did a mad dash to the vets to arrange an Irish passport for my English dog (rather than pay £250 each time we travel to Europe for an EHC). This meant disembarking the ferry at 09:45 in Belfast, travelling to Vets4Pets, then back to the ferry for 11:00 to check in. Arthur took a long phone call with me before hand to explain the process (at no cost) then saw me on the day I travelled. Arthur is obviously very knowledgeable on the paperwork process and completed this very quickly in person. Great service from start to finish and the ladies on reception are great craic. I was served by Cherry, what a credit to your company she was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and gave extremely valuable advice on my new Shih Tzu. Cherry helped me set up the app so I could get special discounts etc. exceptional service. I have been into the store again and whoever serves me is always so helpful and kind and spends time with you. Also I made an appointment with the vets and Hannah was also so kind and helpful. Must be a great company to work for when you have such incredible staff and service. Thank you so much and Presley appreciates it too”

“I’ve been taking my little silky terrier since October 2018. The staff are brilliant with the dogs the moment they come in the door. I’ve always gotten an appointment on a date I’ve asked for with no problems. It’s a secure place so you aren’t worried your dog will escape. It’s a place I always recommend when people comment on my pups cut because it’s so well done. Everything blended in. And her face is trimmed perfect, nice and short round the eye area. My pup seems happier going here than with previous groomers. Which is reassuring to me when you’ve a nervous pup when it comes to places like vets groomers and places with strange dogs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough like”

“Over the years I have owned 5 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Am very fussy as to how they are groomed. Just picked up no 5 this morning looking and smelling beautiful. Absolutely perfect. Girls have a lovely way of dealing with the dogs and more importantly for me, they know how to groom Cavaliers!! Have used in the past and certainly I intend to use again in the future.”

Honestly it was so hassle free that I felt relaxed knowing that my dog would be super well looked after even before I even went on my holiday! “Registered my cat here. The care has always been good and I've always gotten an appointment when I needed one. Those on Reception are really friendly and always love to see my cat. The vets themselves are very caring and knowledgeable but firm with a scared and hyperactive marmalade cat.”

“I have just returned from a three night stay at Corr's Corner Hotel. It is a wee bit out of Belfast but it is on a bus route. The Hotel itself is lovely, nice and traditional inside. My room was great and so was the shower. I had an evening meal in the lounge as the restaurant was fully booked. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was help yourself and you were served tea and toast should you wish. I was fortunate friends came to pick me up but I did use the bus (153) into Belfast. I found the people very friendly and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.”

“Such a big selection of fish, the quality of the fish is remarkable and the colours are amazing, I’ve never seen rainbow fish with such vivid colours before! I was very impressed! The Staff are really lovely, Mark is my favourite, His knowledge of fish keeping is abundant. He is so friendly and approachable and always helps me with any issue I’m having regarding my aquarium. I would highly recommend!!”

“This hotel was recently renovated. I have stayed in many many hotels, this one was by far the best for this price point. In fact I've paid 3x the cost for rooms half as good. The room was incredible, the bed was perfect, and the included breakfast was spectacular. The staff were super friendly. Huge TV in the room with great connectivity. Fast wifi. The shower had 2 heads and the pressure was incredible. I hope I get to stay here again before I leave Ireland. I've never been more refreshed from a hotel stay.”

“Opted to shop here more frequently due to Asda being a total mess and I have to say this store is far superior and has much more selection and quality of items in comparison. I don’t need to worry if they will have the items I need in stock anymore because this store typically has everything I need. They also raise for charity by putting blue coins into your chosen school/charity which I like being able to do once I check out my items. Very pleased with this store and happy it’s in reasonable distance to shop from.”

“Louise has been looking after my three ragdolls for about four years now and she is just wonderful. I was really nervous leaving them the first time I went on a trip but Louise cared for them amazingly well and kept me updated every day on how they were doing. She took time building the cats trust and always spends individual time with each of them. Louise will bring different interactive toys and yummy treats which quickly made all three fall in love with her! As soon as you meet her you can tell she is such a warm and genuine person with a beautiful passion for cats. Louise has also been extremely knowledgeable on a range of behavioural issues and gave me amazing helpful information and advice (alongside the vet) on how to manage this. Recently, Louise gave up her evening to accompany me and one of my ragdolls to a ladies home, as I unfortunately had to rehome my youngest raggie. This is not generally part of her cat sitting service but she was more than happy to offer to come with me to help me find the right home for Charlie. Louise really is good right to her core and if she has availability to look after your cats, they will be very lucky and very spoilt”
