   Ordered a large prescription to this store but could not collect it for a month as I had to go away on business but when I asked boots online pharmacy they said the prescription had already been collected by someone. Avoid this store at all costs. £80 down the drain. The stores contact number does not work and there is no way to contact them if your away.

   Have been getting my prescriptions here for years but lately the service is abysmal. I have two large prescriptions a month and I’ve found that it is taking longer for them to prepare (from 48 hours from ordering to now almost a week or more). I did hear one day when I was in that if the prescription is received today they don’t look at it until tomorrow. If there is then a shortage or something that needs ordered then it delays even further. I constantly have to chase where my prescription items are. If there is a shortage of one medication none of the rest of the prescription is issued. It used to be you would get an owning slip for what isn’t available. I have spoken to a few of the pharmacists about this and am told every time that this shouldn’t happen but nothing changes. When there was a permanent pharmacist there was never an issue but boots seems to be using a locum system so the management of the pharmacy appears to have fallen down. Only reason I stayed with boots when I loved area is it was opened at night which means I can still get my prescription after work but given it is tawing a week to get my tablets now I might as well move and pick them up at the weekends.

   Just got out of hospital they said they wouldn’t have time to do my prescription even though it’s open to 9pm I was in at 4pm I ask could I even get my anxiety tablets they told me would be tomorrow just laziness and rude in my opinion left stuck with no antidepressants antipsychotics for a night which I really need awwwwhhhhh I hate them and the service

   Customer service skills at the till weren’t great, the member of staff could have just been having a bad day which is completely understand but I didn’t get so much as a hi or thank you or even telling me how much I owed her. Just a look and a bye. Normally the staff are lovely but wasn’t good today

   Go to pharmacy and drug store in Belfast. Great selection of shampoos, conditioners, vitamins, first-aid supplies. You can get eyeglasses and hearing aids and mobility items. They also have a fabulous cosmetics department with all the go to brands. There No7 cosmetics line is top notch.
