   For some reason that I cannot fathom this hotel is only rated as 2 stars but it's definitely better than that. The room i was in was very nice. Beautiful tiled bathroom, comfy chairs, very comfortable bed. I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

   Went to Chimney Corner for a meal and it was amazing. Food and service was top class. Chris the head chef came to speak to us but the food was perfect. The waitresses were chatty and so friendly. Brilliant service and great experience for a family birthday. Will definitely be back.

   The hotel has had a major upgrade and makeover and its looking great. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and courteous. I will say the breakfast room team seemed a little short of hands but they did their best. Not sure if there were issues or maybe the management need to make a change and add some more bodies. We were attending a wedding and stayed in a family room which we found to be well laid out, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was spot on too. No complaints and would be happy to return.

   This hotel was recently renovated. I have stayed in many many hotels, this one was by far the best for this price point. In fact I've paid 3x the cost for rooms half as good. The room was incredible, the bed was perfect, and the included breakfast was spectacular. The staff were super friendly. Huge TV in the room with great connectivity. Fast wifi. The shower had 2 heads and the pressure was incredible. I hope I get to stay here again before I leave Ireland. I've never been more refreshed from a hotel stay.

   The staff is wonderful. Breakfast very adequate and well prepared and presented. The rooms are small but adequate, the bathroom is very modern, showers no tubs. TV was a bit hard to manage. Great WIFI. Our room did not have individual bed lighting which is nice if you want to read but not disturb your partner. There is no room air, but windows open in both bathroom and room.

   Hotel recently renovated so bedrooms are beautifully decorated. Unfortunately no mirror in bedroom area and just one bedside locker which was not a major issue but mirror would've been good. Disco in hotel after we had dinner. We were with a big group as we were all at a conference earlier. Disco very good. Carolyn Stewart was DJ. When we were ready for bed and others for residents bar we were told we had to exit the hotel and walk back in the front entrance. I think this is ridiculous for guests. Thank goodness there was no rain or snow! Breakfast was 730-1030 so we had lie in which meant when we went down just before 1030 there was nothing left in the hot food apart from 2 sausages and beans. There was no toast and staff where unhelpful. We also asked staff 3 times for water at dinner before it came and no vegetarian meal for my friend so she got spuds and vegetables!! Overall service could improve and a knock on the door before entering a bedroom at 9am by cleaners would be greatly appreciated!!
