I called here on Thursday 29 August 2019 at 3.35pm when I found one other person in front of me at the reception desk. My prescription was collected within a few minutes. I noticed six persons, presumably all working productively, behind the screen. Some appeared to be packing whilst one seemed to be the sole dispenser. The prescription eventually arrived at 3.58pm some 23 mins after my arrival. Certainly not a case of understaffing more likely overstaffing. I had hoped to move all our medications to this shop but with what passes for speedy service I'll look elsewhere. Had second thoughts, after reviewing the other dispensers I decided to stay. I could add it's the only dispenser not to ask for an address, a number and post code is sufficient.
Very friendly ladies in boots carrick very helpful for anything you are looking for and prescription service is brilliant.
Boots seem to have stopped carrying a few products that I used to get. This has caused me to not bother using the store anymore as some of these products I could only purchase at Boots.
Lovely staff who go out of their way to help you but always busy. And some customers need a bit of patience as the staff will get you sorted asap *****stars

A small store offering pharmacy items. However they don't seem to be able to get repeat prescriptions correct. Items either missing or short.
