    Stay well clear of these people. They are scam artists. Totally fraudulent company. I've placed an order which hasn't been delivered. I've tried to ring and enquire about my order. No matter if I use my home phone or mobile I get the message "The party is not taking phone calls from your location. ". Adding to this I've sent several emails and they've not had the decency to reply to any of them. There is a mobile number but when it rings it gives out the tone and voice that the number that you have called can not be recognized. Stay well clear of these people. I had to give it 1 star or I wouldn't have been able put up a review.

    I have placed an order thru online and it's nearly 2 months now that I have not received anything. Chased up thru emails Ethan has responded once,it was a month ago saying the delivery was delayed and since then I haven't heard anything. Phoned number of times but no response. Been chasing this order even a refund could do if they do not have the items. But having no response is just very inappropriate specially when the order has been paid. I strongly would not recommend them.

    I placed an order on the 9th of may and had a confirmation email. since then nothing, I emailed beginning of this week and did the chat via the website and still no response. If there is an issue with the order then I would have been happy to have just been let know but to have contact attempts ignored when you are spending your money on their products is not acceptable. Please work on improving your customer service and don't ignore your customers. The sad thing is there products and prices are unbeaten.

    Ordered a small food measure which arrived broken. Emailed asking for a refund with no response. Rang and spoke with owner weeks ago and still no refund or communication. Luckily the purchase was less than £10.00

    BECAREFUL DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered something from here over 3 weeks ago. They acknowledge my order after payment and I haven’t heard from them since, I tried emailing them to get an update but no reply, I tried calling them but the number just rings out. No customer service Whats so ever.

    A brilliant experience in getting our Alexandrine Parrot from Direct Parrots! Such an easy and modern process, we purchased him through their secure website and got him couriered from Ireland straight to our door in Lincolnshire. Not after ten minutes was he happy to sit on my shoulder for a snack, just proves how much work goes into these Parrots. Would highly recommend getting a Parrot from here, you wont regret it.
