This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I had an amazing experience. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The staff are polite, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Casper for his outstanding hospitality—he truly made the stay even better. The night security team were friendly and respectful, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back. Casper is the best!

Gorgeous hotel, so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff at reception were so welcoming and friendly. It is located so close to Belfast City Centre, only a 5 minute max walk to the city hall. Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the rooms. We were here for 2 nights and I don’t think the rooms were actually cleaned once, only the bed being remade and the tea/ coffee area restocked, not even wiped down. It was OK for us as we were only here for 2 nights, but if I were to stay any longer I’d be dissapointed at the cleanliness.

Spent 2 nights here and cannot complain about anything. From checking in to checkout everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lovely clean room, nice breakfast. Perfectly situated with 5 minutes walk to the shops, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Only downside was the cost of a taxi from the Airport £49. But we got the bus back £9. Will definitely return thanks for a lovely stay.

Great location right in the city centre, staff downstairs are very pleasant and helpful too. Great facilities, nice bar, nice food, stunning views, everything is pretty much perfect, except for one thing - the cleanliness of rooms. I came to visit my partner who’s been staying here for a few weeks for work, upon my arrival I cleaned up the toilet as it was covered in dust and didn’t see a wipe for a while. I assumed maybe cleaners were not let in however few days in I’ve noticed the floors were never cleaned, shower never wiped, not even the toilet seat. The tray with complimentary tea and coffee could use a wash too and had to rinse cups and wash spoons every time before use just to be safe. It’s a shame that cleaners don’t clean the rooms properly as it’s the only thing that’s letting this place down. Would definitely not rate this 4 stars, 3 maximum. Dirty rooms are quite a big deal. The only thing cleaners do is replace towels and restock biscuits and tea and coffee. There has been a weird spider web on the wall since I got in, still there. Rubbish left under the night stand. Disappointing really. Also there was this really sickly smell coming from the bathroom. Not sure why, smelled like sewage.

My wife and I stayed in room 218 Monday 8th to Thursday 11th Dec. Hotel is in great location in heart of belfast for all transport links and attractions and shopping , plenty local bars n restaurants take aways in walking distance . Hotel has bar restaurant and easy to use checking in achine system instead of waiting in queue at desk , Room service is provided with safety deposit safes in room also complimentary teas coffee and iron ironing board and free wifi. Our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and hygiene pillows and mattress badly stained and covered up by fresh linen White netting curtains didn't seem to have seen a wash since they were hung up The tea tray looks like it was continually stocked without a wipe. Was overall disappointed and disgusted and shows that the cleaning supervision failed to check room or chose to overlook

Would deffo recommend this hotel if staying in Belfast. Hotel was located 5 min from the City Hall and main shops, walking distance from pretty much everything and specially the Europa Bus station which connects to the Airport. The room was spacious, calm and clean. Service was really good from the staff, very friendly. Breakfast was good however not many vegetarian options were served that day (Only pork sausages).

Fantastic location. We had a deluxe family room that was a lot smaller than expected. Check in took very long, even at 5pm. The hotel was very busy and felt a bit crammed. Last breakfast sitting is at 9:30 and was booked out, we thought that was very early. The breakfast area was very busy and it was hard getting around with that many people. Also extremely hot, we didn't stay long. Good offerings for breakfast though.

Nothing to fault this medium sized well run hotel. New feel with clean well presented rooms. Welcoming reception / bar area. Efficiently run buffet breakfast. Great choice for our tour of Belfast including Titanic museum, Crumlin Road gaol and Black cab tour (thank you Isaac). Lovely welcoming city.

This is a great modern hotel in a convenient location in city centre Belfast. We found the room to be clean and the staff was lovely. Tourists looking for a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay within walking distance of City Hall should look no further. I suspect the hotel works well for business travelers as well. Our room was a triple, and we found it plenty spacious. The only issue we encountered is that the wall dispenser of the soap/shampoo product in the shower malfunctioned - it would not dispense product. The simple solution was to just move the pump from the hand soap dispenser at the sink - thankfully it was the same product. Had our stay been longer than a single night I am confident the staff would have rectified the issue. Would be very comfortable staying here again on a return to Belfast.

Excellent location, we arrived earlier than book in time and room available. Very quiet, clean room and comfortable beds ( my sister and I booked twin room). Spacious bathroom with superb shower. Kettle/Tea/coffee etc available. Price was reasonable. Good service and evening meal very good. Reduced local car parking which is brilliant. Wee issue which was disappointing given I have stayed here before and didn’t look at other hotels as I knew this would be a great experience for my sister. I had pre booked evening meal when I booked online, I explained this in dining room when getting the menu as it was part of package ( 2 course meal). I spoke to receptionist on booking out as I needed car park ticket stamped and nothing raised at that time. When I got home I noticed £14 taken out of my bank account, I phoned Accounts twice and got the money refunded a week later. I feel money should not be taken from a bank account without prior explanation by phone call or email if not at checkout. Saying this I will stay at this hotel and would recommend this hotel. We didn’t have breakfast as hospital appointment was very early. Overall an enjoyable stay.
