   Cannot overstate how incredible the service is here. We stayed for our wedding and I am so happy we did. Location is perfect, right by city Hall. Rooms are lovely. The service from every member of staff here is really second to none. They made so much effort to make the day special for us. Trisha and Sarah even acted as our witnesses and were superb cheerleaders. Trisha particularly went above and beyond for us and I just can't thank her enough. They really do create a unique experience for the guests here. Every staff member we encountered here from the concierge, to the bar staff, everyone was just incredible. We will definitely be returning any time we are in Belfast. Thank you for an incredible stay and a special memory.

   This was our second time staying here and honestly, it's the best hotel in Belfast City Centre. Less than 10 minutes walk to popular restaurants and cathedral quarter make it a central location. The staff were first class and couldn't help you more. Room was fantastic! I cannot wait to come back, hopefully close to Christmas! Thank you Fitzwilliam!

   A truly exceptional hotel! The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast offers outstanding comfort, elegant décor, and impeccable service. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. The location is perfect — close to everything in the city. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Belfast.    I recently had a complimentary stay at this establishment to compensate for a previous stay which was less than desirable. I held off reviewing the hotel until I had given the chance at redemption and I'm glad I did. There were a multitude of problems during the initial stay but the complimentary stay has definitely won me over. The service was fantastic, friendly staff and an absolutely phenomenal suite with stunning views of the city centre and an extremely comfortable bed so we had a brilliant sleep. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to suit all tastes including a vegan section. I would absolutely return and would like to thank the staff for providing a 10/10 stay.

   Very good hotel close to the city center and other services. The hotel is located close to the city center, offering many restaurants and service. Our room was big enough for 2 people, with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious as well and clean. The hotel has a valet parking available, but you need to reserve it in advance due to the limited space. However the HOTEL is very close to a large parking area newly built, so you can put your car there as well. The hotel offers a good breakfast served inside their restaurant with a large buffet and a menu. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay

   Always friendly service. Rooms are awesome. House keeping doca great job turning down the rooms and making them up. Both restaurants have amazing staff always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Have stayed in numerous in Belfast. This hotel by far the best.

   Originally booked into an executive king room at €375 for two nights. Was told I was being upgraded to a superior king room only to be given a twin room (room 318) with the two mattresses pushed together on a king size bed frame. Not good enough for a five star hotel. My girlfriend also had a bottle of perfume stolen from our room whenever somebody came in to turn down the beds . Manager wasn’t one bit helpful just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could really do about it. At €375 for two nights in a “five star hotel” the service should be way better. That was my second time staying in the hotel and it’ll certainly be my last.

   Fantastic!! Was here last night with partner. Staff were amazing throughout from check-in to breakfast staff. All staff were amazing but special shout out to a lady who was working breakfast today, brown hair wearing a suit (think a manger maybe) she was outstanding very friendly and attentive. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Belfast.

   The warmest welcome I've had in a very long time. Well located to explore the city. Service is impeccable. Shout out to Nigel who was a top man and so helpful. Drinks/cocktails were tip notch l. Breakfast food good but not matching the standards of the rest of the experience.
