   We had our Christmas dinner here on Sunday afternoon. Our table was for 10 and amidst many other tables, they really made the effort with festive presentation of the tables. The staff were lovely, really pleasant and helpful and welcoming and didn't bat an eye that half our party was late. The food was beautiful, the service was swift, the cocktails were lovely and the alcohol wasn't watered down (a nice surprise!). We couldn't fault anything..had a lovely time. The security team were very professional and didn't have an over the top reaction when a male member of our team was being verbally abused by some strange drunken woman from another party with paranoid notions. We were worried they would assume him being the male in the scenario he would be at fault but they handled it all calmly and professionally and we were able to continue to enjoy our evening. For the amount of covers they were catering to, I can only give them a huge round of applause and our thanks.

   Party of 4, Stopped yesterday for quick bite to eat. Staff were very busy setting up for guests arriving for Christmas parties & the kitchen was busy getting ready to serve 100's of dinners but the manager fitted us in. Food arrived promptly, piping hot & delicious. Waiter (kevin) was very good & humoured us by taking our photos when asked. Manager, Kellie, was lovely & sorted us out with a taxi when our Uber failed to show. Very impressed in this my 1st, but definitely not my last, visit!

   We had a fantastic stay at Benedicts. We booked the dinner, bed and breakfast deal and upgraded to an executive suite (book direct with the hotel - not through booking.com). The food was excellent as was the service (from reception to the bar and restaurant) The room was quiet despite being at the front of the building and the bed extremely comfortable. Thanks to all staff members that made our stay perfect. Loved the Halloween decorations throughout too.

   Stayed here for 4 nights with work. Excellent rooms we were in 3rd floor. The breakfast was exceptional and staff were very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the entertainment. It's a short walk from the city centre and the carpark it uses is about 7 minutes walk. Bottled water and tattoo crisps were in the room daily. Are in the restaurant on a few nights and it was very good also. Would not hesitate to recommend

   Quirky place with awesome decor and lively bar! Spacious room and very clean. The staff were super accommodating and warm. Great if you’re visiting Queens Uni as it’s 5 minutes away (and the Ulster Museum).

   I was only in the bar area. I lost my bag but the staff were helpful and reception is beautiful and I found my bag. Security were very helpful. The drink was good. Although the music was a bit loud but I think it really cateers for younger age group. If I was 18 again I would have loved it. The decor is lovely and the place is kept neat and tidy. The ladies toilets could have done with a clean but that is ladies who frequent them their fault, disgraceful on their part I certainly don't blame the staff for that.

   The food was the star of our stay, both dinner and breakfast were perfect and delicious! The room was fine, but needed a good deep clean, the bathroom in particular needs deep cleaned and caulking and paintwork redone. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Very attentive friendly staff.

   Fabulous hotel and staff. Due to a mess up with another hotel, I managed to get a booking with Benedicts for the night before, and night of my wedding. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Really recommend anyone looking for a hotel in Belfast to check here first. The room was amazing, food was amazing, and staff were amazing. Will definitely be staying again.

   We went for a meal. The wait staff are friendly and polite. The food was lovely. Good portions and perfectly cooked. The only thing wrong was the dessert we ordered was not as described in the menu. Our server didn't come back to ask how it was but we did mention when paying. Lovely restaurant and hope to be back soon.
