Glorious Irish tunes played on full belt all day. Brilliant, moody atmosphere with plenty of seating and fast bar service to boot!
In all fairness, we went on a monday night around 9 p.m. it was very slow and we expected that. Loved the ruggedness of the place. The live music was fantastic. Women's bathrooms were a disaster, like toilet lids broken in pieces and very dirty !
Lovely pub, nice beer. Open log fire made it a very cosy place. Wasn't very busy when I popped in for a pint, but I could see they do have a good following. Excellent selection of spirits on the back bar.
This is a nice spacious pub and the live music on a Friday night provided a great evening out. All the bar staff are friendly and quick with the service and there’s various seating options for different groups sizes as well as chairs at the bar itself. Prices are good and there’s an impressive range of drink options - a great place.
A nice place for a visit and a drink, love the decor in the old pub and whiskey room. Great friendly service and good music. We did not stay for the live music because it was later.

Absolutely packed, could hardly move about the place with no sign of reducing incoming people. Weren't equipped for dealing with that amount of people either, incredibly long serving times and crowds of people blocking pathways so it was hard to leave the bar with your drink. Music was very lacklustre,one fantastic Irish tune followed by mediocre ones for the next 20 mins, on repeat.

Great atmosphere with live music everyday. On a cold evening it's lovely to sit by the fire and enjoy the entertainment. On weekends it can get extremely busy with no space to even stand let alone sit, but that is testament to what a brilliant pub/bar it is.
It is a nice vintage Irish Pub with live Irish music. I was sitting by the fireplace on a cold night with a pint of Guinness and enjoying the band playing the live music. It is a great place to chill with friends and have a great craic .
