   Nice hotel in a good location and the room was comfortable. Minor downsides: paid on-street parking, no complimentary biscuits with the coffee, a slightly cracked bath panel, and having to request an iron and hairdryer instead of them being in the room. Overall a good stay

   Great location in the city centre, but I will not book again solely because the heat in the room was stifling! The radiator wasn't even on. There was a fan provided which we used all night but it was very loud. Barely got any sleep due to the heat. This is in December, not even during the summer.

   I had a really pleasant stay. The room was very clean, warm, and comfortable, which made me feel relaxed after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again. highly recommended!

   The location is very at the centre and everywhere in walkable range. Staff is pretty helpful when required. The room was nice, having main amenities. Negatively in my room there were no wardrobes, not a big deal however it can be an issue for families with kids, etc. Beside than that heating, hot water, etc. was so good, bed was so comfortable and room was big enough. There is no breakfast option but there are places around you can have a real breakfast or just takeaway sandwiches etc.

   Comfy bed and clean room. Wasted our money on early check in and forced to use the public loo to get changed into our funeral attire and leave our bags in a room with many others. No labels on anything. At 1am the alarms went off in the room which was a very stressful situation, with no apology from the staff when calling the front desk.

   It's such a great location right in the heart of Belfast City centre. The front desk team were so friendly. We had a lovely night sleep in a very clean and comfortable room.

   It is definitely bargain basement. Carpets are old, dated and dirty. In many places the carpet it hunched up in lumps and a tripping hazard. In general clean and nice, warm and cosy. Very close to everything, fine for a night but prefer most other hotels in Belfast to this.

   Not like the others I have stayed in. This is definitely an older building that has been forgotten about in terms in maintenance and upgrades. Room was on the 3rd floor and very small and had no view as it was what appeared to be the ventilation system of the neighbouring building right outside. It was very hot and stuff due to no air from the window. The whole hotel needs to be closed and completely renovated. Best part of the hotel was the lady on the front desk, Angelika (I think what was her name), she was amazing, super helpful and friendly. She made the stay.

   Only stayed for the one night but it was a great hotel. The staff where great and allowed us to change rooms to be next to our friends, the hotel itself is based basically at the city center which makes the value amazing. 10/10 would stay again
