“I needed a wee baby buggy quickly and I ordered and picked up in store within 30 mins. A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !! Thank you very much Gareth ( I hope I remembered your name correctly ) your help was very much appreciated on a stressful day.”

“I can not recommend cabbage patch day nursery highly enough. All of my children have been through the cabbage patch at some point and my youngest is still there and will be attending their playgroup in September. The building is bright, cheerful and inviting and the staff are very pleasant and attentive to all of the children’s needs. There are always plenty of fun activities planned for the children and the choice of food and snacks for the kids is great too. Definitely check out the cabbage patch - you won’t regret it!”

“We purchased a ‘little tikes’ Cozy Coupe, for our 2 year old grandson, at the weekend. I started to put the little car together on Sunday, and as the instruction leaflet said that the approx assembly time was 50 minutes, I thought no problem !! Nearly 3 hours later, I was still struggling with it, with bits not fitting properly ‘for me’. I took the half built car, the numerous parts & the box that everything came in, back to the Smyths store the following day, thinking that my purchase may have been faulty. A very friendly staff member at the tills contacted one of his colleagues (Louis) to come to my rescue. Louis appeared & straight away started to put the little car together without any questions & had my grandson’s new wee pressie up & running within 30 minutes !! Louis did this without any fuss. He was a lovely, friendly fellow. Brilliant service & a life saver for me.”

“Just stayed here for two nights while working in the Belfast area and had a fabulous stay, Susie the duty manager was wonderful, so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, I wish all premiere inns had a susie. the food both nights in the restaurant was great, nicely cooked and well presented however the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!, I've stayed in hundreds of premiere inns and the breakfast here was the best I've ever had, if I'm working in the Belfast area I would without hesitation stay here. Well done premiere inn and well done Susie”
