   Rang up paid for it went to the store it was really busy give them my order number got my items and the staff were all very helpful and had a smile and chatted away about the items I was buying and even told me about a couple of items that where less than half price that went with my granddaughters birthday present so a big thank you.

   Was in Sainsbury's Bangor earlier today 21/6 to change jeans I had bought yesterday and asked a staff girl working in that area if she could help me with sizes. She left what she was doing and said she would check stock out back , she returned quickly with 2 pairs of 30R I think will fit. Very helpful. On way out I remembered wife wanted soda bicarbonate.I did not fancy searching store for it . A security guy was passing and I asked him where it would be. He noticed my walking stick and asked if I wanted him to get it ,I said that would be good. He came back quickly with it. I appreciated that. His name was Ray. FM William

   Two "Collections" desks seem like the right place to go to "collect", but no. With no explanation, everyone is expected to queue at 1st till, order or have order processed, then go to collections. If you go to collections 1st, you are deemed to have jumped the queue! I understand this was the procedure before online orders where possible but seems illogical for collections only.

   I needed a wee baby buggy quickly and I ordered and picked up in store within 30 mins. A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !! Thank you very much Gareth ( I hope I remembered your name correctly ) your help was very much appreciated on a stressful day.

   Went into the Argos store in Sainsbury’s balloo Bangor today to exchange a faulty tv bout a month ago, the manager Posey and other colleagues Ellie and Susan couldn’t have been more helpful, not only got me a new tv but recommend which ones were the better makes and then even helped me wheel the trolley out to the car as the tv was so big. Thank you so much for all your help girls.

   Brought a morphy Richards microwave oven which stop working after 14 months. After phoning morphy Richards was told that it wasn't a morphy Richards, it was a argos just with a morphy Richards licensing deal. Phoned argos to be told that they weren't interested. Argos sucks

   Horrible experience. Rude and deceitful manager, telling me that the product can't be refunded. Will not be purchasing again! Sorry Argos, you used to be good but your policies are breaking the UK consumer law.

   This place has never been the same since the big restructuring but it does seem to work. Any time I've been there I have never had to queue and the goods have appeared quite quickly. Paying at the touch screens is a big bonus should these branches ever become busy again.
