I've stayed here a few time and its ok. One of the improvement that could be made is changing the mattresses on the bed. They're 3inches thick! A good quality medium mattress would greatly improve guest experience. Some noise from bars below but ok mid week. Some guests were clearly affected by drug and did not help with the rating provided. Breakfast was great amd location was fine

I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days, and it was a great experience overall. The location is very convenient β walking distance to the station and close to great restaurants, attractions, and key places to visit around Bristol. The room was modernly furnished with a vibrant touch. The facilities were great: comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, a large desk, hangers, and efficient heating that kept the room warm. The bed was super comfy, and the towels were excellent quality β room was cleaned and we were even provided with fresh towels on the fourth day without asking. Staff are absolutely lovely and kind, room services presented every day asking if any tea/coffee top up needed or fresh linen or towels. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Thereβs also a scenic bar/cafΓ© on the ground floor, and they even offer umbrellas for rent β a thoughtful touch for rainy days. There were some minor constructive comments to share but nothing major Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money compared to similar hotels nearby. Definitely recommend!

A hotel where you can take your pets! This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, well laid-out and a decent size. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking at the nearby Millennium Square car park is discounted and the buffet-style breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Decent room size, lovely beds, quick check in / out, discounted parking very nearby. Bathroom door didnβt shut fully but that didnβt bother us. Shower water pressure was just enough to do the job. Breakfast was a bit average and quite busy at times, go earlier if you can. Overall really good - for the location and room price you canβt go wrong.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Bristol. That said, there is some noise outside because of proximity to nearby restaurants. The first key I was given didnβt work on the room so I had to go back down to get a replacement, which worked. I realize this happens sometimes so it wasnβt a huge deal to me and Iβm patient. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very courteous, but my room had problems. The air conditioning did not blow cold air upon arrival. Mid-stay the air conditioning stopped working entirely. The fan I was provided with was old, tired, and of the three buttons that make it run, only one the highest setting worked, and even that was very weak spinning. This fan should be thrown out and replaced. The bathroom sink drained very slowly as well. This made me wonder how much of other peopleβs hair must be blocking the drain. Other than the AirCon and drain problems, this was a very nice stay. I can deal with noise from outside as Iβm a heavy sleeper. The bar has an excellent selection of drinks and again, the staff were all terrific. My only issues were with the maintenance of the drain and AirCon.

Hotel is close to centre and reasonable distance from railway station. Staff was friendly and completed check-in quickly. Standard room was clean and spacious along with the bathroom that had a shower. The desk was big enough to complete any work on a business trip and bed was comfortable for a relaxing evening. Room layout was interesting, but did not cause problems. Breakfast was ok. Would recommend a visit, however a bit expensive.

Location is good if visiting Bristol for tourism. As with many hotels recently it is expensive for what you get. Comfortable and clean but basic. Staff were friendly and helpful although I specifically requested a quiet room and was given one on the front of the hotel above all the bars etc. I would use this hotel again but would specify a room on the back of the hotel.

Great Central location. Reasonably sized room with bigger than expected shower - not as claustrophobic feeling as other comparable chains, I felt. Clean. Couldn't comment on food or other facilities as I only stopped one night. Slept well - was able to adjust the room temperature easily to suit... Also not always possible in other hotel chains.

In a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good! Eggs were perfect and sausage was also perfect in flavor and texture. In my original room the TV didn't work so I contacted the front desk and they came up to check on it. The. t.v. wasn't going to work so they gave me a new room and it was a suite with a living room and a separate bedroom. A TV in both the living room and bedroom and great views of Bristol. I was very grateful to them for that. I recommend Ibis.

The rooms were clean, functional, and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-provisioned. The TV was a little old but worked well. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially those at the bar who were very helpful and kind. The location is great for the waterside, the cathedral, and the University, only let down slightly by the noise of very nearby bars and restaurants. This area is great for young people, but perhaps not so food for families, middle-aged, or elderly people, although it is fully accessible.
