Prime Old City location, literally next to pubs & harbour. Spotless, quiet rooms, unbeatable Hypnos beds, great shower. Staff super friendly, delicious breakfast. Basic but flawless - best value in central Bristol!

A faultless stay! The Premier Inn Bristol perfectly delivers on its promise of a good night’s sleep. Our room was immaculately clean, incredibly quiet, and the famous Hypnos bed was a dream after a long day of exploring. The location is fantastic, putting you right where you need to be to enjoy the city. For the price, the value is unbeatable. Friendly and efficient staff made check-in and out an absolute breeze. Absolutely a 5-star experience—reliable, comfortable, and highly recommended!

Lovely friendly staff, nicely set out room with comfy bed and nice hot shower. Extra tea/coffee etc available in reception. Easy check-in and key drop box for checkout. Only downside was breakfast options, only unlimited cooked/continental,no individual items on menu, expensive if you're not filling up for the day!

Large room in a good location at a reasonable price. Took me a long time to get to sleep because the room was so hot even with the aircon going, and when I did finally get to sleep, I kept waking up. Also realised in the morning that one of the pillows was mouldy. Breakfast was really nice though, and the lady in reception was lovely.

Premier Inn Bristol King Street – Perfect Location and Outstanding Service Stayed at Premier Inn Bristol King Street and couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a great hotel in a fantastic location, ideal for a night out or a stag do, with bars, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. The hotel itself is exactly what you expect from a well-run Premier Inn – clean, comfortable, and reliable, with all the essentials for a stress-free stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A booking error meant a double room had been reserved instead of a twin, but the team went above and beyond to fix it – bending over backwards to sort out a twin room on the spot and save the booking. If you’re planning a night out in Bristol and want good value accommodation with first-class customer service, this is a top choice.

I stayed there for 30/31st Dec’22 for the new year 3-day 2-night stay. Even though the hotel was full, I didn’t face any noise issues. The staff was room was better than I expected with good bathroom amenities. Also the staff was very polite. Had a good stay overall.

My partner and I stayed here in December 2022. I'm no stranger to the premier inn and know we were supposed to check in from 3pm. On arrival at 3pm we were told we'd have to go away and come back in an hour, so regrettably we Disappeared for an hour then return to a lobby full of other people waiting to be checked it. We then had to wait an Additional 2 hours for the Receptionist (who was lovely and no fault of their own) to Check in customers and make-up their room one customer at a time. Finally when we got our room we thought things would be fine from there. About 2 hours later we had two power cuts which did something to our TV. I went down to mention the Tv not working and the receptionist just told me she diddnt know what she could do about it. Not ideal.

Staff great, location great. Rooms very clean but in places quite tired. Shower was very slow , no pressure...but I would stay again as was good value

Stayed in a Premier Plus Room. Overlooked the Apple Cider Bar and Riverside. Its close to bars, pubs and clubs. Its in a brilliant location for exploring the harbourside and City. It is lively in the evening, but we liked the bustle. If you don't fancy breakfast at the Premier Inn there are lots of places within a short stroll. We also had a lovely meal at the Aqua Welshback which is a few minutes away.

Do not book if you can't sleep through a lot of noise. There are bars literally surrounding the hotel and the noise goes on until about 3am. We booked 2 nights and left after 1 as it was too much. Make sure you complain to reception straight away if it's an issue for you. The reception staff are great but there isn't anything they can do about the location. Head office wouldn't refund our 2nd night because it was past a certain time that we spoke to reception.
