Website was really easy to use, the pricing was very reasonable and the quality was fantastic. Only issue was that we had to chase the order dispatch - it was just sitting in the warehouse the day it was supposed to be delivered, but luckily they sent it out to deliver the next day
Excellent quality embroidery and staff were extremely helpful in getting the job I needed done ASAP turned around in 24hrs. The store stocks a good range of products and offers a number of different forms of printing and embroidery. Excellent experience.
Had a issue where I didn't select the size of item, had very polite correspondence with admin who got it sorted. I am very happy with the quality, looks like a digital or dtg print. I will be looking into some more garments. For one off small batches the price is right. Kind regards.

Very Happy with the Response to queries I had via both Facebook and email, that gave me confidence when ordering large quantities. After confirming order and paying in full I received the goods in the time scale we were promised and we are very happy with the result and quality. Delivery company were also very good which is unusual for online orders of this type. We will be using again if the price is ok
Very good products in this place staff super helpful and very friendly. Bought a pulserail coat from here, a bit pricey at £60 but the quality is good, I even had help with getting the right size due to the awkwardness of ppe sizes Would recommend
Absolutely brilliant my husband bought some new work boots which are comfy and nice to wear, work trousers which fit brilliantly and have loads of extra pockets and an high vis which is also fantastic. And it is great value for money I suggest anyone who needs work wear to go here.

Used to be great company with great customer service. We use it many times with no issues. Last order we got completely damaged and partly open wet smelly box wrapped with plastic with wet product inside. On our request to replace this on a brand new product Hivis "support" suggest it still OK to use smelly wet things. Finally they offered £20 to get 100pcs of hivis laundered. No responsibility for a shipping accepted. Sure if we based in England can easily sue them but for overseas orders is very complicated. Very unqualified and unfriendly customerservice.
