“Big shop, good selection of items, I like their bakery section, especially baked in store stake slice that's imho better than greggs, sadly no poke at sushi counter, only fried chicken, love their dragon fruit at low enough price compared to other places; you can definitely find several items that you can't find anywhere else; very pleasant staff and overall shopping experience”

The bra fitter (Carrie) listened to everything I wanted and knew all the products so well. She really helped me feel at ease and the experience so lovely. “The service in Phase Eight Aberdeen store is excellent. Having bought several dresses for a wedding and an upcoming cruise online, I was more than disappointed in the state of the packing of these dresses, especially the Collection 8 dresses, which were squashed into the littlest plastic bags and came out very crushed. Having hung the dresses and jumpsuits for weeks were looking no better, but the staff instore were more than happy to take the items for steaming. The ladies are always so helpful and accommodating, from this to helping find what you want in your size across the stores UK wide. Phase Eight, please note, the packaging of online orders is disgraceful. If I am paying £300 for a dress, I don,t want it stuffed in a tiny plastic bag. These garments should be on hangers in flat boxes like they used to be and the boxes can be recycled. I shouldn't,t need to ask instore for the garments to be steamed. We are lucky that the Aberdeen store is so accommodating. Bravo to the Aberdeen team.”

“My favourite charity shop to visit! I always leave with something in my hands. Such a great variety and vast amount of items available in the store. Their furniture is always very reasonably priced and in great condition. They have a good selection of clothing items that have always been at a good standard. All electrical items have been tested and work superbly. The staff are super nice and always helpful with any queries.”

“I was very excited because I found the products related to the Chinese Spring Festival. I can feel the attention of the supermarket. I think the product tastes great. It's not that authentic, but it's worth trying. In addition, I also found that the supermarket has new pigeon meat and pheasant meat. The veal liver is delicious and very fresh. The beef bone marrow stew is not bad. There is no fruit in my picture, but I bought peaches. The peaches are very watery and sweet. Very recommended. The ham is very delicious, with a light savoury and salty taste.”

“It was amazing. For those who don't know. TK Maxx is a aparrel shop for designer clothes with tiny defects. I got some polo things and others for pretty cheap. It has everything u could ever want from accessories to shoes to housewares, great variety. Everything was really straightforward and easy.”

In an hour I learnt all there is to know about reusable nappies and lots of important tips and tricks that only someone with lots of experience can tell you. Nicole also showed me and let me try different styles of baby carriers and slings which was extremely useful and helped me make up my mind on what to buy for my baby. Nicole is excellent and very experienced and I totally recommend her business!”
