Great size of shop with menswear womenswear children's wear and home section! Absolutely love the home section. Very reasonably priced. The staff are always lovely and so helpful. I've been in a few times to buy things and collect things from online and its always so quick and efficient. Always a good experience.
Was in store today looking for clothes asked if they has a brand yours clothing as seen they sold it online on next site asked one of the staff and she didn't even have a clue what was sold in the store
Today, I had an extremely bad experience with Next Store's return policy. I got a gift and have no receipt but all tags are still on it and want to change the size of the item. I called three times customer service they said it could be done within the store even though they have no record of the item, one time they called the store and shared with us the person name which would help us with the exchange. However, the store was unable to exchange as the system required receipts. So pissed off between going back and forth. Customer service and in-store staff seem to have zero coordination and wasting customer time.
A good clothing store with a good selection of clothes. When used to the prices in Denmark it is a positive surprise to able to buy 2 pair of jeans for the same price as 1 pair in Denmark.
Good clothes sad the childs shoe sizes don't go up to 6 but no worries. Friendly staff and good clothes love the jumper I got!
I know hmm almost all of my wardrobe it's from next. It's simple and comfortable style which I love it :) I will back there more times ;)
Personal taste but im not interested in the clothing and some of their homewares dont have the quality for their price tag
Love next and their clothes but ordered a few weeks ago 2 dressing gowns. Only got sent one . No word about other so phoned. Told out of stock and not in for 5 weeks. Really annoyed as could have ordered n store if I'd known. Tried twice to get put through to women's wear in Bon accord centre. No one answering. I know they have what I am looking for but can't get through to reserve it. Poor.
