   Visited this store yesterday to return a couple of items my daughter had bought previously. One was returned fine but wouldn’t accept second item even though in immaculate condition with tags attached because she had lost her receipt. On website it clearly says that items can be exchanged without a receipt. Rude and unhelpful manager, not our usual store and certainly won’t be back. Contacted head office and they have replied that this is not right and she will be able to exchange!!
