I must admit my actual experience in store WAS good. Member of staff went out of her way to assist and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Sadly all of this was overshadowed by the poor quality of the products (manufacturing error on 2 of the 3 items bought in store, rendering them unwearable) along with bad customer service online when trying to rectify this issue. I am now having to pay to go 30 miles out of my way to return these faulty items, due to an error on the companies part. It was my first experience shopping here but I won't be buying from them again. I simply can't trust the quality of their products when 2/3rds of what I brought was faulty.
i went in today with a friend not expecting to get a bra as i thought they didn’t have my size, however i spoke about getting fitted as i hadn’t in years. i got fitted by laura and she was the best! i’ve never felt more comfortable with someone while in a vulnerable position such as this. she helped me find a bra that fit better then any bra i’ve had since pre covid. honestly couldn’t ask for someone better, the way she kept asking if everything was ok and the professionalism when adjusting was outstanding. 10/10 experience x
Really lovely experience for my first bra fitting in many years. After having a little one and not knowing where to even begin bra shopping the staff were so helpful and reassuring. The bra fitter (Carrie) listened to everything I wanted and knew all the products so well. She really helped me feel at ease and the experience so lovely. Will definitely be going back - can’t recommend enough!
Went in today looking to try on bras after losing some weight, I didn't get her name but a very friendly lady with red hair offered to put me down for a bra fitting- 15 minute wait is very reasonable considering I was a walk-in when typically you would book in advance online so I'm very pleased with that and was more than happy to browse the shopping centre for a short while. Alice did my fitting for me, she was so helpful and informative and assisted me in finding the right size and style for me. Very calm and friendly experience, couldn't have asked for anything better! ☺️
I had a great experience at Boux Avenue with my bra fitting! Huge compliments to Sam, she could not have been more helpful and patient! :)))! I felt relaxed, without being rushed, and also learnt a lot ! Thank you Sam, a credit to your staff! :)))
BX07469724 I bought pyjamas online on 20th November 3 days later got an email saying there was a delay but my parcel would arrive soon and would email when it was despatched. Fast forward 10 days and I still have heard nothing so I sent them a tweet to be advised that my order is cancelled and they will issue a refund which can't take 3 to 5 days. No explanation as to why and I can still buy the items online but now at full price. Such fraudulent and deceitful behaviour. Theo Paphitis looks like boux going down like la senza. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and lies.
the store has good products and there are many friendly employees. A pregnant saleswoman was especially attentive to me today when I came into the store for the first time. When I came in for the second time on the same day, the staff changed and the saleswoman who served me completely changed my previous attitude. request to provide a bag to wrap the purchase, she replied that they do not have such bags, although on my first visit they packed the purchase nicely. It's a shame ... everything is decided by the aftertaste
