    Very poor!! I was very disappointed coming into the shop today due to the lack of customer service and interest from all of the staff. I went in to buy 1-2 outfits for events I have coming up and was instantly put off from the unwelcoming environment. No help was offered regarding sizes of outfits, the staff were clearly not interested and didn’t even speak to us. Even though I went through the whole shop picking different outfits to try on and clearly showed interest in making purchases. Very much felt due to us being a younger couple and dressed very casually that they didn’t view us as prospective customers and hence why no effort was made. Really shocked if I’m honest and especially as I had planned to spend a lot in the shop!!

    The service in Phase Eight Aberdeen store is excellent. Having bought several dresses for a wedding and an upcoming cruise online, I was more than disappointed in the state of the packing of these dresses, especially the Collection 8 dresses, which were squashed into the littlest plastic bags and came out very crushed. Having hung the dresses and jumpsuits for weeks were looking no better, but the staff instore were more than happy to take the items for steaming. The ladies are always so helpful and accommodating, from this to helping find what you want in your size across the stores UK wide. Phase Eight, please note, the packaging of online orders is disgraceful. If I am paying £300 for a dress, I don,t want it stuffed in a tiny plastic bag. These garments should be on hangers in flat boxes like they used to be and the boxes can be recycled. I shouldn't,t need to ask instore for the garments to be steamed. We are lucky that the Aberdeen store is so accommodating. Bravo to the Aberdeen team.
