£7.48 it cost for that measly plate. Looks like a kids portion with same amount of salad to make it look bigger. Definitely not worth the money for it. Every table was filthy and needing wiped and 3 staff members standing around talking.
Big shop, good selection of items, I like their bakery section, especially baked in store stake slice that's imho better than greggs, sadly no poke at sushi counter, only fried chicken, love their dragon fruit at low enough price compared to other places; you can definitely find several items that you can't find anywhere else; very pleasant staff and overall shopping experience
It's not so much that they're occasionally out of an item, they legitimately never have their shelves stacked. Time of day or day of the week are irrelevant. Staff are all lovely. Not a reflection on them. Just a bit of a waste of time shopping here really.
Ordered a chicken burger because it came with lettuce, when I recieved my food, it didn't come with any, I sent it back and was presented with a beetroot leaf salad. The food was of very poor quality and the service too, the woman who took our hot order shouted for 2 mac and cheese and the woman behind the scene shouted saying she already put 2 on and had the worst look on her face like she couldn't be bothered this is very poor customer service, we had to buy our own lettuce for our burgers.
ASDA Cafe shocking service! Cheese burger chips & draught drink ( Drink £1.95) drink machine out of syrup so just Soda, not what I paid for. After making them aware of the problem, I was told to just take another drink from the, warm, fridge. Can of Fanta £0.90 asked for a refund of the difference, told just to take another can!? Still doesn't add up and don't need 2 cans of Fanta, why not just do a refund?. Told to wait for my meal and she'll do it later. Ketchup literally thrown across counter, trays s down, these staff were not having a good day, but sorry that's not my fault
If you list closing time as 10pm then don't block customers who need in to buy emergency gas for heating when they arrive at 9:55. Especially don't lie to them about Morrisons letting you get some. Either list the closing time as earlier or get new security staff.
This is a huge supermarket with many kinds of things in it. This includes daily necessities and food. Its price will be cheaper compared with other supermarkets. The quality is also good. I would recommend the bread and beef, and the milk is the cheapest I have ever seen. It's easy to park here and there are lots of places. There are coffee shops and toy shops nearby as well. The beach is not far away.
