Ladies clothing has never stocked petite sizes which can only be accessed online and not in store. Since stopping night shift shelf stacking, shelves are often on partially filled or empty. Dyce store does not stock many bakery items from local bakers, preferring larger Central Belt bakers. Would like see a better stock of low sugar/no sugar foodstuffs due to health reasons, difficult to purchase in Dyce retail outlets .

Store banned children from other sections of shop. Not allowed in the main store during break times. Allowed at the overpriced "food to go" section in lunch times. During break times, you have to purchase through the customer service. WITH TWO WORKERS AND 30 CHILDREN. ASDA Cafe has crazy VAT for drinks and no other options for teenagers. Security staff strict and rude.

Iβve been going to this shop all my life and iβve only had a couple issues. me and my best friend was going through self scanning checkout and realised we didnβt have enough money for one item so i went to go put it back and we had to remove it so we got a member of staff to remove it for us. she said to my friend βwell whereβs the item?β so my friend said that i put it back and she said something along the lines of βshe should of gave it to me then.β in a rude tone. This was awhile back but im that type of person who doesnβt forget it. Another time which this one is quite reasonable, i went into asda with my friend and cousin and we couldnβt leave my puppy outside (we went in for water because it was boiling outside and she was overheating) so i carried her in my arms after failed attempts to put her in our jumpers. when we walked in, a lady spotted us and pointed us out to security, and we got kicked out. I would get if she was on the ground running riot and making a mess but she was in my arms doing nothing but sleeping and yes i know about allergies, but i doubt there would be any people allergic to dogs in the minute we were going to be. I also have severe attachment issues to that dog and would be to worried to leave her tied to something outside. Another time i had an issue with was the cafe. I went in with my Mum and Auntie and they had barely anything in! That was all i could remember but overall asda is my usual shop to go to. Most staff is lovely and itβs good to go in for a few snacks but i donβt like going in for a full shop.

this is not ok all students should we aloud to go in before and after school and during lunches and breaks without any sort of punishment. As in 3 people at a time this will take all lunch for kids just to get their food and they will loose money if itβs due to stealing they need a better security system or more security. All the sandwiches and snacks will be all out of stock and kids wonβt have anything to eat as well as the Asda cafe line is always long as so is subway.

This place is absolutely shocking no sandwiches, toasties nothing on offer apart from pizza. This place could do with a massive revamp. So I can respond back it's never going change you've been saying the same thing for months it's shame really as it could be a wee gem of place

Don't waste your time going to the cafe. to elaborate more The hot food counter looked to be off but the sign said hot food was on the menu. Myself and two other customers where looking for staff members, as the till area was vacant. Had there not been some customers already sitting down you would have assumed the cafe was closed, eventually someone appeared, but didn't acknowledge our presence, when i asked if there was hot food was told the menu is around the corner as the staff member then disappeared, no "be with you in a minute" just gone, I waited a little longer then left. this was at 9:30am on the 19th jan.

Asda Dyce Aberdeen restaurant a complete joke. Constantly does not have the basics in cutley and condiments and recently regularly does not have working equipment ie coffee machine often offline and mineral dispensor broken for months. Now for 2 weeks by midday, they cannot even serve a simple bacon roll, no bacon etc , poor staff just constantly have to make excuses. Pls sort it or give franchise to others that can.
