   Since this shop changed from being a McColls Store to now being an independently owned Premier Express Convenience Store, it has greatly improved the shopping experience. By completely reorganizing and refitting the store with state-of-the-art refrigerators and chillers, they have greatly expanding the range of goods available, at greatly reduced prices. I am very happy to note that the new owners have adopted a policy whereas they are supporting local suppliers of a vast improvement of many and varied foodstuffs, fresh, chilled and also frozen. They have also expanded their range of alcohol available. This is now what a real convenience store is, with opening hours of 06:00 till 22:00 hours Monday through Saturday, and 07:00 till 22:00 hours on Sunday. This store also houses the local post office counter which is open for the same hours. The staff are always happy and very helpful in assisting wherever possible, with a wealth of local knowledge, and are a credit to the store.

   Extremely convenient shop & Post Office in one place. The Post Office shares the same opening hours as the McColl's shop. Staff very friendly & helpful. Small car park directly outside too.
