   Just had the rudest delivery driver at my door after turning up an hour late for my allocated slot. I opened the door all cheery and said hello, he looked shocked and said in a questionable tone ‘Asda delivery’ I then said you are late can you not even say sorry your order was late? He says ‘you must have had a message’ The problem wasn’t the fact the order was late it was his stinky behaviour and demeanour. Retrain your drivers as this will be the second rude driver I’ve had from Middleton park. I’ll be using another supermarket.

   ASDA Bridge of Don Challenge: Go to the pizza counter and ask the corpulent 30 something guy who still wears a covid mask any question about the pizzas he makes you as nicely as you can and listen to him convey loathing and contempt at you in formally polite language.

   Tried to get a prescription filled on a Saturday night at 7.45pm after being discharged from Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. ARI told me to meds from Tesco. The pharmacy opening hours are till 8pm. I live in Peterhead with no pharmacy open on Sunday. The 2 staff members said they were closed and couldn't help.

   The sign has returned. We go specifically on some days as we try to have a pizza night with family every so often. Unfortunately the sign has returned and again there were zero pizzas available when we went. Looks like staff shortage. Unfortunately the store is very very run down with little investment in 10s of years. There was a fire months ago, The HVAC above the crisp aisle sounds terrible, like it's away to break and then today an aisle covered with water and closed off while they addressed the water due to a broken pipe below ceiling, that had clearly had another temp repair on it previously along the same pipe further up. Honestly it needs investment as place is sooooo old and needs a revamp, upgrade.

   Was served by a really rude women. I said hello to her & never got a reply just a deathly stare ! ! I said can I have scratch cards instead of the money I won please. No reply from her just got another deadly stare again. Threw the scratch cards at me . How rude & unprofessional. I took the scratch cards & said thank you bye. No reply AGAIN ! How funny that she was so nice & chatty to the people that was served before & after me ! ! Maybe she doesn't like Chinese people. At the end of the day she should treat customers all the same. .

   Really stressful visit. Have messaged management they didn't seem to bothered but did resolve my issue. Refused a refund on the basis the asda colleague couldn't be bothered to do her job. Reported her to management via email. 0 customer service skills. My advice to anyone reading shop at an alternative asda if you can.

   Went to this store today and was ver disappointed in it my strong advice would be to go to the other Asda in Aberdeen store small very pack in if don't know the way out it very difficult to try think what you need and with other customer who know the store in your way we went to tills and was member of staff in non unionform and side sorry till closed but barrier still open

   You cannot speak to anyone if there is a problem. Nobody answers the phone no given on the receipts and the tellasda.com do not reply either. My main gripe is with the pharmacy-great long queues,(today there were 16 in the queue) nowhere to wait for your tablets away from other customers, no privacy at all. Have given up with them-will go elsewhere.
