“We have had 2 wonderful experiences at Window to the Womb - a scan at 11 weeks for some reassurance after a UTI and then our gender scan at 15+3 weeks. On both occasions, staff have been so lovely, supportive and approachable. I felt extremely comfortable from the minute I walked into the clinic. I had the same sonographer on both occasions and she was amazing - explained everything clearly to us and really made us feel at ease. We got great scan photos too, very clear and exactly what you want to give you the reassurance you need. Would highly recommend Window to the Womb, we can't wait to return for our 4D scan!”

“Was really wary of using this company because of the bad reviews but my experience has been really positive and the prices are extremely competitive. Have placed 3 separate orders recently. All items arrived quickly and there was good communication throughout. Returned 1 item yesterday (bought 2 of the same style to see which fitted better) so we'll see how that goes & I'll amend my 5* review if necessary. But providing there are no problems with my return, would definitely use this company again. Update: refund paid the day after I sent item back. Deffo 5*”

“I contacted the pram project firstly by email and they were very prompt with their response. These guys are very knowledgeable and talked me through the process, my wife dropped the bugaboo buggy off in the morning and before the end of the day the guys called and said it was fixed, we were fully informed of the fixing process and price and now the buggy is like new, I can't rate these guys highly enough, super service, would recommend them to everyone, these guys are very professional, and the prices are great. “I am 68 years old and have struggled to find the right bra for ages. My daughter insisted that I visit this store and within 10 minutes I had the right bra. Walked out with 2 bras which were not cheap but the difference in my self confidence and my image in the mirror is HUGE. Cannot recommend enough. I was at the stage where I was refusing to wear a bra and felt like I couldn’t really be seen in public due to that fact. The bras I got have made all the difference and are worth every penny. Thank you, I will be back.”

“I had absolutely fantastic customer service from a staff member at Next at the fort in Glasgow.Abigail could not have done anymore for me if she tried, I was trying to get last minute kids items for a holiday the next day and Abigail was just so helpful , even offering to contact Edinburgh airports Next shop for me.Her demeanour was perfect and staff like this must be appreciated and looked after as it will help the company so much.I heard her dealing with the next customer in exactly the same way,I really hope any senior management see this review as I wanted to contact Next directly but couldn’t.This girl is a star.”
