Tried to exchange a mens fleece today, wrong size bought as a gift, just wanted smaller size. We were told it wasn't company policy, tags were still attached to original item. Disgraceful customer relations. Won't be back!!!!

The old woman with the black hair at the returns counter needs to shut her trap and just serve folk. Multiple times I've been in and the queue has been ten deep and she's doing nothing but yapping holding everybody up.

Primark on Sauchiehall Street is great for affordable fashion and everyday essentials - plenty of variety and some nice seasonal items. The prices are hard to beat, and there’s something for everyone. However, the store often feels overcrowded and a bit messy, especially during weekends. The queues can be long, and finding help from staff isn’t always easy. It’s fine for a quick shop or bargain hunt, but be prepared for a busy experience.

I had a racism action . There was a lady security agent with very short hair . She kept following me . Then when I wanted to try clothes I asked her where the changing room is . She faced me with a very bad attitude. Then while I was going to changing room she started to complain about immigrants and how stupid we are with another client . The changing room lady and the self checkout agent were amazing tho . Only that security lady . Racist .

One of the most complete Primark I've ever visited. The range of choices for men, women, children, and all kinds of stuffs including clothing and all wears are available here. Some good items are discounted.

Men's department very limited at this branch. Assume they stock the shop based upon their trade, but would think it is self fulfilling, less stock less reason to visit. Personally I will use other branches which Carry more menswear. My wife liked it and the early opening time was good.

Not been in there in along time because I hate physically shopping couldn't find what I was looking for and had to ask a staff member to help me and because I'm deaf in both ears the staff member walked me straight to the items I was looking for which was very much appreciated-Still reasonably priced so nothing negative to say.

Primary is always good for cheap quick fashion. Store was clean and tidy and not busy when I was there at 18:30.
