   Recently had BOB jogger pram serviced and repaired at the Pram Project. Right from first contact Joe was great to deal with, quick at replying and very knowledgeable. Pram was fixed within a few days at a great price and is as good as new.

   I went to the Pram Project to have my daughter's pram wheel and brakes fixed and I'm so glad I did! Joe got back to me really quickly and we made arrangements to bring the pram in. He fixed the pram within an hour while I went for a coffee. So quick and easy and the work he done is guaranteed for 6 months. This is such a great service!

   I've visited these guys twice now, first to get a wheel repaired on our Mountain Buggy pram and most recently to see if they were able to adapt the frame of our pram (which is 15 years old!) so that the newer model seat fabric would work with it. Both times I have been incredibly impressed by their work. They were able to come up with an elegant, effective solution which has worked perfectly very quickly, and charged a very reasonable amount of money for it as well. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

   I contacted the pram project firstly by email and they were very prompt with their response. These guys are very knowledgeable and talked me through the process, my wife dropped the bugaboo buggy off in the morning and before the end of the day the guys called and said it was fixed, we were fully informed of the fixing process and price and now the buggy is like new, I can't rate these guys highly enough, super service, would recommend them to everyone, these guys are very professional, and the prices are great. Well done guys, thanks again , George. Super service.

   Really glad I found this place. I contacted the Pram Project after the handle broke on my bugaboo and I had no idea how to fix it. Was able to have it completely fixed and an issue with the wheels sorted too really quickly, very reasonably priced and they just couldn’t have been nicer. Would absolutely pop back and couldn’t recommend them more highly!

   I had a fabulous experience in using the Pram Project's services after a stressful time with my baby who only naps in his buggy and a much awaited spare part required from Bugaboo for repair which came without instructions or any help from Bugaboo in trying to decipher. In my desperation, I called the Pram Project who were absolutely outstanding. My buggy was fixed in half an hour that same afternoon whilst I enjoyed a coffee at Partenope around the corner (though the Pram Project also have a waiting area). Friendly, professional and knowledgeable service and gave me lots of tips on long term pram maintenance etc. Brilliant philosophy and service and so appreciated by us all. Thank you again .

   Great experience. Great project. I attempted to replace the front wheel bearings of our bugaboo cameleon 3 but the axle was solid with rust so it was was beyond me. Joe had it all done in a day, managing to salvage the axles rather than replace them. Reasonably priced and I was also able to donate a little used stroller and back pack toddler walking thing.
