Came here on a Saturday one time and it was a very weird atmosphere. Was trying to look at nails and polishes and a staff was tidying them up. Stood back and waited for her to finish thinking she would let me have a nosey next to her but she didn't budge. Tried to squeeze in to look and she continued to stand right in front of me so I couldn't see properly. It was like she had no awareness of her surroundings and after a few minutes back and forth trying to squeeze in and saying excuse me I didn't to just leave the nails. Then went to the tills and was faced with 2 young girls moaning between each other about being asked to stay on. Chewing gum and talking amongst each other as thought I wasn't even there. Then on the way out had another staff member walking right into me, rushing passed chatting to another girl. Very unprofessional and rude.

My favorite place to shop when I'm in the UK. Lots of choice and sizes available. Prices are getting a bit higher than you'd expect but overall good value for money

Lots of variety at reasonable prices. Feel not much for the Elderly shopper. We need reasonably priced clothing as well. Couldn't find staff on shop floor to ask. Check out staff pleasant and quick working.

Surprisingly liked it , as a high street area (which is almost a long gone thing these days of large shopping malls outside cities ). I used to work in iceland Motherwell 30 years ago and it was thriving , then the whole centre went , fashionably dead , recently the people who manage this centre have pulled it back to close to it's heyday.

Always busy, shop is far too warm they need to turn temp of heating down, stood in a massive queue to be served only to be told that they are only taking cash payments because their card machines were not working, manager should have told everyone at the back of the queue that they were not working and was cash only

Primark's clothing has improved since the first stores hit our towns and cities almost 20 years ago! I know! Low cost clothing and being fashionable too is the perfect combo. Motherwell branch is all on one floor making it ideal for wheelchair and walking aid access. The store is one of the tidier and more organised of Primark stores. There are no clothes on the floor or neat piles of garments strewn all over the place. The staff are very friendly and helpful with most being from the local area. Well worth a visit.

I visited today to get a stranger things t shirt for my daughter. They didn't have any left. Spoke to a member staff who was extremely helpful. I so wish I had got her name. She explained that they had sold out and when the next delivery was so we could phone in to get one saved. While we was at the till the member of staff who we had been speaking to came up with the t shirt she had just found out on the shop floor. What an angel. My daughter was so happy. I want to thank her for her excellent customer service. So friendly and helpful. So thank you.
