Lots of conflicting information just to collect and order. Passed from pillar to post for something so simple. Will think twice before buying there again

Even my 5-year-old son said, “She is super!” I was struggling to find my size as the store was busy, but when I asked Miriam for help, she immediately assisted me and placed an online order for me—despite it being a busy time. I had absolutely fantastic customer service from a staff member at Next at the fort in Glasgow.Abigail could not have done anymore for me if she tried, I was trying to get last minute kids items for a holiday the next day and Abigail was just so helpful , even offering to contact Edinburgh airports Next shop for me.Her demeanour was perfect and staff like this must be appreciated and looked after as it will help the company so much.I heard her dealing with the next customer in exactly the same way,I really hope any senior management see this review as I wanted to contact Next directly but couldn’t.This girl is a star.
Went to the store after being in the East Kilbride store earlier in the day. I’d been thinking about buying a shirt and decided to get it. Well guess what? The shirt was 20% more expensive than the other Next branch. I asked the staff member about this and she said the stores should have the same prices, but if I showed her the item on their website she’d match the price on there. What a palaver. There was no available wifi in this hot sweaty store and the whole shopping park has always had a horrific lack of mobile data signal. We just left without buying anything as something seemed odd about the store’s pricing. I went online when I got away from the place and did indeed see the shirt at the same price as the East Kilbride store. Yes it was definitely the same shirt! And all the shirts on the rack were more expensive, not just one.
My son and I went into Next at the glasgow fort to look for a suit for his prom. They had a great selection available compared to other shops we visited. All the staff were very helpful but Pauline was exceptionally helpful and made some great suggestions for my son to try out and made the shopping experience very enjoyable and easy. I would definitely recommend visiting next and asking for Pauline if she is working
Visited the store yesterday and had great customer service from Jennifer. Nothing was a problem and helped me get what I needed.first class.
My dad and little sister went into the changing rooms to help my little sister get some stuff for holidays , my sister had additional support needs hence his presence in the changing room . An older woman decided she did not feel comfortable with my dad in the changing rooms (in a cubicle) whilst she was also in another cubicle! . He apologised to her when he didn’t need to . She complained about my dad making him feel very awkward as he was only trying to aid his special needs daughter !. The staff did nothing to help him in this situation except make him also feel uncomfortable, with weird glares as he walked from the changing room , standing yet again with the woman who complained even after he apologised for being in a changing room. This is the part to bare in mind. NOT AT ANY POINT does this changing room have any sign that is is specifically a ‘female changing room’ you would think with everyone moving forward it would of been a multi gender changing room such as urban outfitters, I have been in urban outfitters changing room plenty of times and not once have I felt uncomfortable. If this was a different scenario the ‘male voice’ could of been a trans person. Therefore that woman complaining could of really hurt them . The woman brought her husband in and they stood talking about the situation beside the tills . My dad decided to apologise to the staff member having to deal with it all , but her response was oh well you should tell us if your going in there so we can check if everyone is comfortable!! , I personally think that is a ridiculous statement , it wasn’t labelled as a female changing room and it should be gender neutral changing . Please fix this as that should never be an issue at this age . The staff done nothing to put my dad at ease and it was not dealt with correctly …
I like to shop in Next and this store is one of the best. A large variety and because it is at the Fort there is free parking and it is usually less busy than Glasgow city centre. Staff have been very helpufull on a number of occasions too.
The member of staff who I dealt with on Friday 1st March when I visisted the store could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I showed her a picture of a pack of 3 dinosaur sleepsuits that I was looking for and she found them for me in the stock room as I couldn`t find them in on display. Excellen service.
