“Went in and was greeted with a friendly reception from two members of staff at the Till. The (presumably) manager guided me to the suits as per my request and lead me to Frazer. This gentleman had me measured and fitted in no time and even helped pick out a suit to match the colour I needed. While I was changing he was discussing if I needed anything and he would fetch it for me, even asked for me to pass him the clothing and he would refold for me. A nice added touch. Then after helping me decide a colour shirt to match the suit he left me in the capable hands of Fiona? And again measured my neck and checked my size and pulled a lovely, very reasonably priced shirt to my liking. Then proceeded to help me to the check out. I was in and out in no time and I cannot thank the staff enough. It is clear everyone works very hard and cares for what they do. This was also close to closing time and the effort was still 100%. Would recommend to anyone and if you're looking for quick and no fuss and no worry of measurements or fitting, there is no place better. Will be back and will highly recommend to others.”

“Just want to say that the team at Exceed today were more that helpful. Been looking for a top online for last few weeks and was unable to get anywhere else. I am very self conscious of clothing sizes and my body fit and they were very accommodating and able to get me sorted out. I also liked the fact that they just didn’t just take your money and not engage with us. We drove through from Fife today and speaking to the team about their visions and what clothing brands they are about to unleash within the store made me for the first time when buying clothes feel like they appreciated my custom as much as I appreciate there warm and comfortable approach. “I had a lovely experience in the Glasgow Buchanan Street Store when returning shoes. From first contact with Robbie and then with assistant manager Karen. I had purchased a blue pair of the Gruuv a few weeks ago , they were so comfortable that a week or so later I purchased the white ones. Unfortunately the white ones turned out to be a mismatched pair, one white the other limestone white. I had worn them a couple of days before I noticed. It wasn’t obvious in the shop lighting. I took the shoes back and they gave me a fresh pair that matched. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I have been wearing Ecco shoes from the early 90s when as a young nurse I was on my feet all day. Still love Ecco.”

“Great place I discovered when looking for a winter jacket last week. They advised me and showed available stock in the stock room, collected a few jackets and sold me one. I was impressed with the history of this brand. The functionality of the jacket is just as wanted with two way zip, insulation as well as wind and water proof.”

“Dropped in to grab something in person I'm so glad we did. The store was a tranquil little oasis from the horrific Christmas madness even with quite a few customers in. I got to see a bunch of clothes that I thought I didn't like on the website but that I apparently loved in person. The sales associate we spoke to, Alex, was fantastic: helpful, professional, knowledgeable and had a super-human level of calm considering the chaos outside. Honestly, the visit singlehandedly increased the chances of me shopping at Reiss.”
