“I love White Stuff! This shop had a great selection and efficient and helpful staff. I usually have to order size 24 UK women's online as the stores only get sizes 18 or 20 max in stock. At least I can see the styles and fabrics in person in store, then order my size online to collect at a nearby shop. This shop was kind enough to let me try on the dozen items I had ordered and then return 3 for store credit. I had to do store credit because I paid with PayPal. Next time I'll use a credit card. Doggone! Now I HAVE to use that credit! Hahaha!”

The shop itself is a really pleasant space – well laid out, easy to navigate, and offering a wide range of first-class products at very competitive prices. He was exceptional – highly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his warm, friendly manner made the whole shopping trip a real pleasure. “I would like to personally thank Peter, Pat and all of the staff at Boss for what was an exceptional service through what was a difficult process for all involved! My partner and I went into store early January and fell inlove with a suit for our upcoming wedding. Upon ordering the suit in the grey, it came to light that the finish on the trousers was not available in that colour. The team at Boss worked tirelessly with their tailors, sending multiple pairs of trousers to them to be altered and us coming to store to try them on (they were incorrect a few times but this was not Boss's fault), ensuring that they were a perfect match to the black pair we had tried on. The process was long and the team could not apologise enough, but their effort, jokes along the way and continued communication meant that I got to pick up a perfectly tailored grey version of the suit, well in time for the wedding in June. “I spent the last week browsing Facebook and Gumtree in search of a reasonably priced smart TV for a bedroom. Unfortunately, most of my inquiries for more information or to check if the items were still available either went unanswered or took too long to get a response. Frustrated, I decided to drive to my local Asda, where I found a Roku smart TV for £179, just a little more than some of the basic used options on Gumtree and Facebook. It’s surprising what people like me go through just to save a few pounds!
