   I love White Stuff! This shop had a great selection and efficient and helpful staff. I usually have to order size 24 UK women's online as the stores only get sizes 18 or 20 max in stock. At least I can see the styles and fabrics in person in store, then order my size online to collect at a nearby shop. This shop was kind enough to let me try on the dozen items I had ordered and then return 3 for store credit. I had to do store credit because I paid with PayPal. Next time I'll use a credit card. Doggone! Now I HAVE to use that credit! Hahaha!

   Came today 06.12.2021 to collect an online order. The whole shop has 25% off! Never been inside before as I'd only shopped online. Very good layout, lots of bright colours and easy to move around. Everything was laid out nicely and there was no mess. Would return as staff were very helpful and happy. The hand sanitiser at the till smelled lovely.

   Wonderful shopping experience, good selection of pretty dresses and tops at reasonable prices. Lovely quaint interior, especially the changing rooms with their flowery wallpapers and monkey clothes hooks. Friendly staff. Limited selection of trousers to complement the tops though, so had to find those elsewhere.

   Really disappointing, ordered some sale items online over Christmas for store collection. Received a dispatch notification then nothing else until an email me notifying me that they were being returned as hadn't been collected. I double checked my spam folder as well as my inbox and definitely hadn't been informed that they had arrived so called customer services and they told me that the items were now sold out so I can't have them and nothing they can do. I ordered other items from other shops at the same time and collected them with no issue. I'd think twice about ordering from them again.

   Good store with nice, friendly staff. Mens range appears limited. They tend to sellout of larger sizes quickly and re stocking doesn't seem to take place with any speed.
