Leaving a good word for Holly, who sorted out a customer problem as though it was next to nothing. I managed to pick up the wrong size belt at the same price as the original, and they sorted out changing the receipt for me and had no problems me exchanging it for the correct size belt. The buckle is solid and durable. Be back here for sure.

P3.10.2023 Ladies sale rails on the right of entrance. Shoes at back. Good area for trying on shies, not cramped. Didn't manage to go upstairs but they always have a good range of children's clothing.

Went into homeware in Norwich Haymarket today. I wanted some help with a product, so went to the till point but was appalled to see a sign on the counter saying "assistants were working in other departments, go to children's wear" I won't he returning to Next!!!!
It the biggest shop with in the city centre of Norwich, I have to admit every time I go it's very quite but I have been when the sale is on, it gets pretty busy in there, the staff are friendly and polite, the shop was fully stocked with all sizes on every level I walked into, including the children's level that impressed me. They even have a 'Costa' Coffee located on the first floor. There are escalators between each level.
Great range of clothing at reasonable prices. You pay a little more but the quality is great. This is a nice big store with plenty of choice, set out over two floors.
