A fabulous shop for country living! Lovely staff that are always happy to help! Fine quality clothing and accessories made to last. It is also situated on the ground floor of my favourite building in Norwich! No'11 to 1 5 Red Lion Street. It always pays to look up when in the city for the stunning but easily missed architecture!

Staff in both stores were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even when I couldn’t decide on the products. I would like to pass on my compliments. Friendly, knowledgable, and helpful staff and well-stocked shop. I went in to buy wax to rewax my Barbour jacket and despite the temptation of some gorgeous knitwear, I left just with what I came for.
What an absolute delight it was to shop at Gallyons Country Lifestyle. From the very start the two ladies that were working that day were nothing but helpful. Utterly polite, they couldn’t do enough to assist me and I left the shop with a smile after purchasing some very reasonably priced Hunter wellingtons. Customer Service is something the UK generally lacks in comparison to other nations, but it was such a refreshing and reassuring experience last Wednesday and I left the shop feeling like a valued customer. The shop was clean, well presented and ergonomically how it should be. Exceptional all round. Well done Ladies.
Great service, friendly and good stock. Bought a hat and was going to buy wellies, but the funds were diverted by my manager (The Mrs) before I could spend it. Would buy from again.
