Considering we didn't have a great experience when we tried to get it done elsewhere in the city centre a couple of days earlier, It was very professional and clean and the piercer gave us all the necessary information that we needed. My appointment was longer than ones I have had at previous salons, which was wonderful as Emma had the time to really listen to what I wanted and talk through my hair cut. She checked in many times throughout the appointment to make sure I was OK and happy with the cut so far, and gave me loads of tips on how to style my new hair.
