   CURLY HAIR GIRLIES AVOID I came here a couple weeks ago. I booked for a cut and finish a few weeks in advance, I arrived at the salon to see it was empty and had the worst experience with the staff. For context I have long frizzy curly hair. I sat down on the chair and she brushed all my curls out, hurting my roots and raking through my hair. It was very painful as she was literally pulling my hair from its roots. She decided to cut most of my hair without a wash first which I was so suprised by. She eventually washed my hair and I asked for a U shaped cut and a curly blow dry. She completely misunderstood everything I asked for, not only was my hair cut unevenly she fried my hair with a straightener which was even more painful for my roots. I left that salon with more frizz than I came in with.

   I have been getting beauty treatments with Sasha for years. She is an excellent therapist and takes pride and care in all of her treatments. She is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. The products she uses are very good quality and I have had gel nails that have lasted for over five weeks before. Her treatments are good value and I highly recommend her. The salon is located in an excellent place with free parking along the street.

   I absolutely love coming here and having my treatments by Sasha. My nails last 4 weeks(!) and I’m heavy handed! The facials and massages are so relaxing, and the overall salon vibe is welcoming and lovely. With free parking outside too, it’s my go to for any beauty treatments.

   As a busy mum i rarely get my haircut but when I do, I like to come here. The people are welcoming, it's a calm and relaxing environment and the conversation is real and honest and lovely. I'm never chased for appointments, they don't pressure you, when you go you're welcomed with open arms. I'm so happy to recommend this little salon. Easy to park for free on the street too!!

   I’ve recently started coming to Sasha for CACI treatments, and so far I’m really happy! A few places offer this service in Norwich, but I chose to come here mainly because I really liked Sasha when we spoke on the phone-CACI was very new to me so I was trying to find out more information, and Sasha was really helpful and clear on the phone. I also liked the fact that although the advice with CACI is to start with 10-20 facials over 10 weeks (to build up the electric current), Sasha wouldn’t insist that I bought a whole package. Other places in Norwich I contacted did insist on this, which I didn’t like. Having said that, I did choose to buy the package as I want to get the most from the treatment; so far I’ve had 4 facials, and I really like CACI, it feels like it’s tightening my skin, and I really look forward to the relaxing hour laying under a cosy cover and being pampered. Sasha is also warm and personable, and it’s always a pleasure to chat with her. Looking forward to continuing my treatments and seeing the results long term!

   I treated myself to a session of reflexology with Nadine at the salon and it was amazing !! Such pure pleasure and made me feel totally relaxed ( and I slept so much better than usual that evening !) Nadine created a warm comfortable environment and was hugely gifted at her craft - would thoroughly recommend this treatment with Nadine .
