   Had an awful set of gel manicure that cost me 38£. Complained and said I couldn’t get a refund but a new set. Did a new set and they were slightly better but still awful.. i am honestly shocked how awful my nails look.. wavy, thick.. just horrendous. Edit: I was offered AGAIN to have a new set or to gift it to someone or to get products from their shop.... I don't want anything to do with this place as they ruined my nails, they are breaking, the nail beds are ruined and hurt and it will take months until they are better.... It is absolutely absurd that a company hires someone that does not know what they are doing, charge for it and then does not refund for a service that has not been provided and worse, has damaged the client's nails.. Avoid at all costs! I have no idea how come they got 4.5 stars......

   Although the staff were lovely, I unfortunately have ruined nails after gel removed from fingernails with some sort of drill. Incredibly painful and, 2 months later, not much improvement. Will never go back. Think the top layer of my nails have been removed and I have deep gouges and ridges. Update- 6 months later. To their credit, the salon did respond to my review and offered me a free treatment (which I declined) but not a refund (I think it was only about £6). My nails are nearly back to normal 6 months later after lots of tlc on my part

   Absolutely disgraceful! Nishtha has been calling myself and some of my friends who visit the rawr beauty salon telling us not to go there and to visit her house for treatment instead to try and poach us as clients and giving us her home address. Very unprofessional and a breach of my confidentiality.

   Lovely staff always welcoming and kind and offer a good conversation while carrying out your treatment professionally. I get a manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows done. People often compliment me on my nail designs which the ladies help me choose and I recommend them highly! keep up the good work :)xx

   I highly recommend this beauty bar! I've had numerous treatments here and will continue to. The beauty therapists are so friendly and have helped advised me on many occasions about what treatments will be best for me. They are quick and efficient and I've always left feeling so much better about myself. Definitely the best salon I've ever gone to. Thank you!
