   Had my first ever wax today with Jayne and I can’t find the words to say how pleased I am with my experience. Jayne melted my heart with some stories she shared throughout and is one of the most beautiful souls I have had the pleasure of meeting.    I had a spray tan with Jayne, and it's the first one I have had in a while so was a little nervous. Jayne is fabulous, we talked through the colour I needed and she talked me through the process and put me at ease completely through it. I had such a great time there and could not recommend her enough. I will be back for sure. The salon is clean, small and intimate and was a calm and welcoming space.    Absolutely brilliant. Fair prices and excellent service. My shellac nails were perfect and lasted for 15 days without chipping! Lisa was great. I made a second appointment to remove them and Jane was wonderful, dealing with a very busy schedule and still patient and lovely with me and my daughter. She used her iPad to play videos and entertain her while she removed my shellac. Very child friendly, great prices and products and lovely service. I’m happy I found my beauty salon in Norwich. Will be going there for nails, lashes and waxing!
