   When I went for my consultation, the lady who saw me told me I could do full face laser, and she said 10 sessions would be enough. At the end of 10 sessions, she said I might need a top-up after 3 or 6 months. But here I am after my 10 sessions, and my hair still grows everywhere on my face within a week. She convinced me to buy a 10-session package for the full face, yet after a few sessions, they told me there was no point because some hairs are fluff, so laser wouldn’t help. They gave me one free session for half face, but I don’t think that covers the cost I paid for the full face for 10 sessions. The last person (she’s got a mole on her upper lip, I don’t know her name) who did my session had done it once before and she took some of my left eyebrows out, and I told the receptionist I didn’t want her again on the phone . Therefore, I was told that a senior person would do my laser after that. However, they still gave me her for my last session. This time she covered my eyebrows because I told her to, and she did it properly, but still, if I asked not to do it with her, then why was my session still scheduled with her? After my 10 sessions, I spoke to the person who has a mole on her upper lip, and I told her how the person said 10 sessions is more than enough. She just said, “No, we never say that, and we can’t do anything about it, and 10 sessions is never enough.” Well, I was told so, her saying that doesn’t help me. My first consultation was with an old lady wearing glasses. I had another review on 3rd November it was Ray who was dealing with me, I’ve told her During my consultation, I was informed by one of your colleagues that ten sessions would be more than enough. However, Ray refused to believe me, even when I suggested reviewing the consultation recording if they had camera. She stated, "I trained my girls, and I trust my girls," which implies that she thinks I am being dishonest. The whole experience was awful. Everyone did the laser on me differently, and some of them didn’t even do the whole face properly. The only person who did it properly was Tiya, who went on maternity leave. I’m not happy with the result I have after paying this much. If the lady didn’t tell me 10 sessions would be more than enough, I would have never bought it I’ve lost nearly £500 I'm dealing with unexpected hair growth. Despite over ten sessions that were *promised* to reduce it, my hair is growing thicker and faster than before. This happens every 3-4 days now, which never used to. Since the laser clinic won't help, I've lost over £400 and am pretty frustrated.

   I have been going to Laser Clinics for a couple of months now for laser hair removal. Ana is amazing - she is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing and is great at making you feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve had two sessions so far and the results have been incredible! I have also had a great experience having a microdermabrasion with her. My skin instantly felt and looked so much better! I would definitely recommend Ana for anyone interested in laser hair removal or any other treatments! I’m very happy with the service.
