   I’ve been coming to this salon for lash lifts for the past two years, and I’m always incredibly happy with the results. My beauty specialist, Chloe, is absolutely amazing — I trust her completely, and she always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. My lashes come out perfect every single time! The owner is also such a kind and welcoming lady, which makes the whole experience even better. I absolutely adore this salon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and beautiful results!

   I have just finished a course of 12 laser hair removal treatments and have just had the most positive experience. Not only am I now completely hair free, I was slightly sceptical, but I had the joy of having Steph as my therapist. The salon is lovely and welcoming and I now recommend laser hair removal to everyone who will listen. Steph made me feel comfortable from my first patch test. She is so positive and friendly and just put me completely at ease. Always checking in and making sure I was ok. Thanks so much Steph it's life changing.

   Had my first CACI facial with Joanna just over a week ago and my skin has never felt better! Joanna explained each part of the treatment and spent time recommending a routine and products that would help me maximise and maintain the effects for my skin. The facial itself was very soothing and the whole service delightful, I felt thoroughly relaxed for the duration. The aesthetic of Charisma is very clean and stylish and Charlotte was very accommodating in making a booking for me around my busy schedule. I had a fantastic treatment and will definitely be visiting again!

   I have been going to Charisma for over a year, mainly for my nails with the fabulous Chloe! When I moved to Norwich it took me a while to find somewhere for my self care needs but from my first appointment at charisma the great atmosphere and team made me feel at home. I look forward to every appointment because I genuinely have a laugh with all the girls! On top of that their skill is amazing and they always have great deals on!    I cannot recommend Charisma enough! I am a middle aged lady and have found that most beauty salons I’ve tried make me feel old and uncomfortable. Not at Charisma - all the staff are like a little family, they are so welcoming and make you feel at home. Steph is the best nail technician ever, she is so talented! I won’t go anywhere else for my gel nails!
