   Visited yesterday for an appointment with Hattie. The experience, super validating, love the magic Hattie worked with my hair. So super affirming. Will definitely be back, was eyeing up the extension bar! Hattie was absolutely lovely, created a relaxing welcoming environment helped me work out what I wanted when I wasn’t sure how to have my hair cut. Then gave excellent hair care tips, to deal lots of fine hair that can and will tangle it self at the most in opportune times! Thank you again!!!

   Have been their client for about three years both for nails with Elle and hair with Katie. They are just the best. The atmosphere in the salon is always very relaxed and welcoming, the communication with them is great; we have had to cancel and reschedule few appointments due to some personal matters or work emergencies in the past and there was never ever an issue with finding a new date. The girls have created a space that makes you feel real, beautiful, and free.

   Had a lovely first visit to Hattie in late winter/early spring! Reached out to help refresh my highlights but also help cover up some stubborn ring of pink that refused to fade out, and after my previous hairdresser didn’t want to continue taking me after I decided I would like to have my hair cut elsewhere (also at Muse!) She is friendly, chatty and has a bubbly attitude and was really helpful and knowledgable in advising on the best way to proceed! She did a beautiful job and it looked so lovely after months of looking messy. And it covered the pink up nicely that it wasn’t noticeable anymore! Will definitely be visiting Hattie again soon for a freshen up!

   I have been going to see Elle for a very long time for waxing. I’m the first to admit that I am NOT body confident but Elle makes you feel super confident. We just chat through the whole appointment! I have not been to, and would not go to anyone else now. The new salon is gorgeous. Very calm, light and airy, white walls, natural woods and beautiful plants….no fake flowers, pink or diamanté in sight (yuk). It’s sophisticated and tasteful. Elle is a delight and absolutely wants everyone who goes to her business to get the best service. This means all the other services will be top notch too. I wish Muse the best success, but I don’t think I need to :) Go go go!
