Carrie is absolutely wonderful, amazing treatment & immaculate salon. Very relaxing experience & I’m delighted to have found a new hairdresser.
First few cuts were excellent. Complacency set in as it does and the last cut was blunt and sides longer than the back even though I have been growing my hair all one length. Dreadful customer service. Rude and obnoxious when trying to sort itnout. Was offered to have sites cut to match redt of length of hair however the attitude of the so called stylist was poor. I was promised a refund the. next day and it never happened. It's a shame their service is so bad and they can't resolve anjissue in a professional manner.
