   Been here twice now and not sure I will be coming back. First time I came they were busy but it seems as though they accept anyone which means that they seem to be rushing the nails. They constantly kept switching staff members so I had about 3 different people working on my nails. Some customers beside me were being so apologetic because she didn’t like what was being done on her nails and the staff member just seemed to get frustrated. All the male staff members are very aggressive and do come across as rude whether they mean to or not. They push my fingers about and it feels like they’re telling me off because my finger was in the way for a second. It feels rushed when you’re choosing what colours you want and they don’t really seem to ask if you’re happy with what they’re doing. Second visit I came with my sister and they were not busy as we were the only two inside, the staff members kept switching though and rushing and being aggressive and rude and it makes us as customers feel like we need to keep apologising for being an inconvenience. Our fingers actually hurt after getting them done being of how aggressive they are. I think it might be because they are trying to fit so many people in and it does seem like they just make up a price in their head at the end. I found when they’ve finished with your nails they don’t really say anything until you ask them how much it is, they say a number and that’s it really. From my experience of other nail places, it doesn’t make you feel welcome. Previous nail places take time with my nails, make conversation, help me decide on colours, recommend nail shapes and offers a different approach to the design I wanted and this is what you want from nail technicians. It is a shame as the nails come out absolutely amazing and last over a month but the aggression, lack of care of customers hands/nails and lack of patience it seems is what unfortunately is putting me off coming back here.

   Thing is I love the nails they did turn out good but there was clearly a misunderstanding because I didn’t get what I asked for and ended up with just French tip, when I had initially asked for gems. They’re the shop that I go to for my nails all the time so this is more of an anomaly, but they were so horrible just tossing my hands around instead of saying things like ‘switch’ I had one of the male nail techs with the tattoo and he’s done my nails before so I’m not sure what caused the hostility. Because I hadn’t even gotten what I had asked for i wasn’t waiting in the chair just to find out he was ‘finished’ but if he has communicated this then I would’ve been able to set it straight. But they’re good and they’re fast at what they do and this isn’t something that occurs every time so. They were also quite blunt with other customers that walked in:(

   First time going here, was expecting £55 but only came to £48 so was very happy with that. Polite staff, very clean. Very happy with my nails, lady was very sweet and amazing attention to detail. As seen in photo my friend also got hers done which cost £52. Both look insanely good. Hoping they hold well as will definitely return x

   I’m in love with my nails! I got a pedicure + gel & infill (design), totalling £68. The pedicure was well done, with a nice touch of hot stones at the end. For my infill, the shaping and designs were meticulously done, the nail artist had done exactly what I wanted after I showed her the picture. Although, upon entry I had experience rudeness, they warmed up during the appointment. I’m from London, but I wish I could have more nail salons like this. All nail salons have gone up in price, but at the very least this nail salon has top tier quality. Hoping that I can continue to visit the salon every time visit Norwich

   Since June I have been regularly going to see Alex and the team for acrylic nails. I have been had my nails done by a few different members of the team and have had only great results from them. They are all polite, efficient and accomodating. Every time I bring along a picture of what I want and they always deliver. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will keep coming back! Thank you!

   absolutely amazing service!! this is such a lovely nail place, went here for the first time and had such a quick and efficient service, the man who done my nails was very nice and made sure i was happy with everything all the way through, it’s so clean too, and i’m extremely amazed at their talent with nail art, i will never go anywhere else now. definitely the best in norwich, i’ll be sure to come back monthly, highly recommend!!

   This is my nails 2 weeks after getting them done! Love the service and the quality of my nails Every time I leave here. If I’m ever not happy with the colour or design I chose they are still more than willing to accommodate any changes even though it’s my error. Would recommend to everyone!

   It was a great experience. They listen to what I want and thinner nails as per my request. I loved my nails. The picture was taken today after 2 weeks++ I did the nails, still looking good.
