   I had my hair cut and styled today by Amber and I'm extremely happy with my new hair cut. Amber is so friendly and I felt so at ease and relaxed straight away. The salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere and I've had the best experience today. I will definitely recommend to everyone and I will 100% be going back for all my cuts in the future. Thanks again to Amber and the lovely owner of Aurora.

Shannon was so kind and understanding when my 7yr old started to get impatient and a little frustrated from sitting still.    My daughter had a nightmare experience at a different hair salon where she’d gone for some blonde highlights but had come home with bleached, almost white hair and no highlights! A friend of mine, who goes to Danielle for her beautiful hair, contacted Danielle and explained the situation. When Danielle saw a photo of my daughter’s hair, she offered straight away to squeeze her in for an emergency consultation and appointment. It’s hard to find the words to describe how lovely Danielle is and how comfortable she made us feel straight away. Together with Shannon, she worked her magic while explaining patiently what they were doing so that my daughter was reassured throughout the process. Five hours later, my daughter’s hair went from bleached, yellow-white, straw-like mess, to a honey coloured, shiny and conditioned gorgeousness! All I can say is that I witnessed a master creating art while watching this transformation and we can’t thank Danielle and Shannon enough! Thank you so so much for everything, you have made one girl and her mum very very happy. ❤️

   I came to Aurora for nano extensions, overall very disappointed with the experience. I had 100 strands of Russian hair put in which cost £565, for this amount of money I would have expected to walk away over the moon but sadly I felt like I needed to hide them. The hair quality wasn’t good and felt dry after putting any sort of heat on them, which I had to do in order for them to look half decent. They wasn’t blended in with my hair, so you could see my natural hair, even when styling them. I went to the salon for them to be corrected but unfortunately I was still unhappy and couldn’t see any improvement. I have now had the extensions removed, £565 later and I have nothing to show for it.

   Danielle and the team are amazing. Really friendly, makes you feel in control and comfortable in what can be a daunting experience especially when looking to restyle hair like in my case. They were super busy when I visited but never felt neglected in the 4-hour session I had. Plus very reasonable prices! Cannot recommend them enough.

   I haven’t ever enjoyed going to a salon but after my experiences with Aurora I would never go anywhere else. The staff have always made me feel special and my hair has never looked so good. I have had many different styles and colours and I haves loved them all. An excellent team thanks x
